  • Day 1 Meet Your Guide In Johannesburg

      Meet Your Guide In Johannesburg

      Meet your guide and driver in the morning from your hotel in Johannesburg, we transfer to the Mpumalanga escarpment and settle in the perched town called Graskop. The 5hour drive offers some spectacular scenery of rugged cliffs. Making stops along the way for bathroom and refreshment stuff , we will drive through Belfast, South Africaโ€™s highest town standing in at an elevation of 1980m above sea level!   Before checking in to your accommodation, we will take you on a short walk at the famous Mac Mac Falls.

  • Day 2 Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve

      Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve

      The countryside introduces us to The Panorama Route, a 250km stretch of beautiful natureโ€™s architectural landscape. Our first stop is Gods window. Once you hike up to the top and see the most breathtaking views and that feeling of being on top of the world, you will then understand why the name- Godโ€™s Window. We proceed to the exhilarating rock formations at Bourkeโ€™s Luck Potholes then proceed to Blyde River Canyon, the worlds third largest canyon. We expect to arrive to the accommodation just before lunch time then start the 9km walk after lunch. This follows a beautiful trail loop starting with Leopard, Guineafowl then Tufa trail. You have a chance to take a swim just at the edge of the tufa waterfall. We expect to be done in between 4 to 6 hours.

  • Day 3 Kruger National Park

      After breakfast, we drive to the South Eastern edge of Kruger National Park for the next two nights. Our time in Kruger will give you wildlife experiences as we do game drives trying to spot your favourite wild animal.

      Your second day is yours to design. We have plenty of optional activities to choose from and your guide will assist you booking those.

      Today we drive right into the Kruger National Park itself. Justifiably one of the most famous parks in the world, the massive park has a lot of wildlife to offer. The park is actually debated to host the greatest variety of wild nails than any other park in Africa. The game drive begins as soon as we enter the park gate until we check in to our chalets.

  • Day 6 Malolotja Nature Reserve

      Malolotja Nature Reserve

      After a hearty breakfast, we make our way out of the park to the nearby town of Malalane. You have time to stock up some supplies before crossing the border to a new country of Eswatini formerly (Swaziland). Our rustic accommodation offers some priceless views of the hilly terrain of the Ngwenya mountains. The wild flora in Malolotja Nature Reserve are just mesmerising.

  • Day 7 Malolotja Nature Reserve

      Malolotja Nature Reserve

      After breakfast, pack your lunch and snacks as we go for the full day hike in Malolotja Nature Reserve. The 15km hike is really undulating with some really steep sections which require caution when navigating. With over 280 bird species in the park as well as plenty of antelopes, your hike has a lot to look forward to especially the very rare Bald Ibis. Enjoy the splendour of the erratic waterfalls and rock formations during the hike

  • Day 8 St Lucia

      St Lucia

      Heading back to South Africa, we take you through a local Swazi Market where you have a chance to buy some locally made curios directly from the locals. Our accommodation for the next two nights is a hotel in a town bordered by the Indian Ocean and Lake St Lucia. The town is marred by hippopotamuses that can be seen roaming right in the town searching for good grazing spots. You have the rest of the day at your disposal.

  • Day 9 St Lucia

      St Lucia

      You have an included early morning boat cruise along the Lake St Lucia. The two hour boat cruise takes you through the coastal overview of the townโ€™s diverse ecosystems. Upon arrival from the cruise, the adventure to Cape Vidal starts. We will drive through the park where you have chances to spot rhinos, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes etc. Cape Vidal is nestled right at the edge of the warm waters of the Indian Ocean so you have a chance to go walk along the beach or take a swim on the shallow section. Once satisfied, we drive back from Cape Vidal to your accommodation.

  • Day 10 Dundee

      Dundee

      The town of Dundee carries a lot of rich history especially the Anglo-Zulu wars. We follow the steps taken by the brave soldiers during the Battle of Isandlwana then make our stop at Rorkeโ€™s Drift Museum where a site guide will give you a tour of the area. In between is a 10km walk.

  • Day 11 Royal Natal National Park

      Royal Natal National Park

      We proceed to the Drakensburg mountains and into Royal Natal National Park popularly known for the imposing natural Amphitheatre. Translated to Dragonโ€™s Mountain- the mountain range is the countryโ€™s highest peak and forms the border between the state of KwaZulu Natal and Lesotho. There are a number of walks to choose from as your guide leads you.

  • Day 12 Royal Natal National Park

      We have a 6-8hour hike following the Thukela river past the Protea flowers (South Africaโ€™s National flower) to the Thukela waterfall viewpoint. The 16km walk takes us right into the heart of Royal Natal National Park. We expect to get back to the accommodation just before sunset.

  • Day 13 Golden Gate Highlands National Park

      Golden Gate Highlands National Park

      Packing our bags in the vehicle, we make sure we have enough snacks and water to supplement the long walk ahead us to the next accommodation today. We take a scenic and relaxed walk to Witsieshoek mountain lodge, a community based lodge which will be our accommodation for the next two nights.

  • Day 14 Golden Gate Highlands National Park

      Golden Gate Highlands National Park

      Today is a full day hike up the Sentinel Peak up to Tugela Falls, the worldโ€™s se one tallest falls. This full day hike is a special one because apart from the majestic views there lies two chain ladders to conquer vertically up 30m then 20m. The views up there are worth the effort. We expect to have lunch by the waterfall before making our way back to the lodge.

  • Day 15 Johannesburg

      Johannesburg

      It has been an amazing adventure with 9 walking days and wildlife plus safari. After a late lunch, it is time to pack your items, have a late breakfast then drive back to Johannesburg where your tour ends.
