Make the short journey to the base of Croagh Patrick โ€“ Irelandโ€™s holiest mountain made famous by the man responsible for St Patrickโ€™s day celebrations around the world. Take a moderate hike up the mountain and be treated to 360 degree panoramic views over Clew Bay.

It is now time to stretch the legs. You can choose three different hike levels โ€“ The Diamond Hill offers two fantastic loop walks from 1.5 hours to 3 hours depending on your energy levels or pace. Alternatively, why not go big and trek across the Twelve Bens Mountain range. The Bens will take between 4-6 hours.

Day 4: The Aran Islands

After a short drive along the Galway Bay coastline to Rossaveal Pier, board the ferry to theโ€ฏAran Islands. Youโ€™ll land on rugged โ€ฏInishmore, the largest of the three Aran Islands.
Explore the Island by bicycle or by special request jaunting cart all pre-booked and arranged for you by the team at Overland.

Galway is a city that has Medieval history at its very heart. Now that you have a โ€œfeelโ€ for Galway, our guide will take you down the narrow medieval streets where you can duck in and out of brightly coloured shops.
Try on โ€ฏCladdagh Rings, Galway shawls and pass through โ€ฏThe Spanish Arch โ€ฏto take in the famous Claddagh fishing village.

Stop At: Cliffs of Moher, Lislorkan North, Liscannor Ireland
