Matetic Winery Tour of the Wine cellar and tasting: Discover our winery with a guided tour, where you learn about the organic & biodynamic principles, we follow in working our land and how they result in the finest of wines. You will get to sample these delicious wines from the Corralillo and EQ lines to complete the tour. Four course lunch menus with wine pairing. Welcome cocktail served in the El Emporio dining room Dinner menu with a bottle of wine from the Corralillo line served in the El Emporio dining room.

  • Day 1 Arrival In Santiago, Transfer In + Panoramic City Tour

      Arrival In Santiago, Transfer In + Panoramic City Tour

      Arrival at Santiago International Airport. Upon arrival, meet with your driver who will transfer you to your hotel. During the afternoon, your tour begins with a walking tour with a local guide (approximately 2.5 hours). Youโ€™ll discover more about the city that was founded in 1541 by the Spaniard, Pedro de Valdivia, and has experienced a turbulent history filled with native conflicts, floods and earthquakes. Head to the Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city and home to the cathedral. Next, take the cable car to the top of Cerro San Cristobal for the best view of the city. Finishing the tour in the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood.  Welcome Dinner at Bocanariz Restaurant.  Accommodation @ The Singular Lastarria 

  • Day 2 Santiago - Casablanca Valley - Valparaiso

      Santiago - Casablanca Valley - Valparaiso

      Breakfast and check-out at hotel.  Depart to Casablanca Valley where the first stop will be at Bodegas Re. This vineyard has preserved its ancestorsโ€™ clay vessels from the Maule Valley and still produces a number of their wines within them, demonstrating that it is still possible to make excellent wines using ancient techniques and modern knowledge.  Continue to Casas del Bosque vineyard and enjoy Lunch at its restaurant where local chef mixes traditional culinary techniques with innovation and uses local ingredients in his dishes.   Next we head for Valparaiso, one of South Americaโ€™s oldest port cities. Rest of the afternoon is at leisure.  Accommodation @ Hotel Casa Higueras 

  • Day 3 Valparaiso - San Antonio Valley

      Valparaiso - San Antonio Valley

      Breakfast and check-out at hotel.  This morning, we explore the port of Valparaiso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It sprawls over the 42 hills that surround the bay, and until 1930 it was the countryโ€™s most important trading center โ€“ Valparaiso city tour to discover its historic sites and the charming โ€œelevatorsโ€ that take residents up and down the steep hills.  Around midday, we continue to the San Antonio Valley for a gourmet lunch at the Casa Marin restaurant,  a beautiful little family winery focused on fine whites and Pinot Noirs, followed by a private visit and premium wine tasting at Casa Marin, a beautiful little family winery focused on fine whites and Pinot Noirs.  Next, departure to Matetic Winery.  Dinner & Overnight at La Casona Hotel by Matetic
