Tarangire National Park, a memorable experience, you can see herds and group of Elephants, followed by Zebras, Buffalo and oryxes who venture from Manyara to the Tarangire National Park in search of water, There are also few Lions prowling around looking for unexpected preys around the jungle, There are more breeding species of birds found in Tarangire National Park than anywhere else on the planet, the ancient baobabs makes this park an African paradise. Drive back to your lodge in evening for dinner and overnight.

• Activities: Morning game drive in Tarangire, this park is traversed by the Tarangire River which never dries up being the only source of water during the dry season. Drive along the river while enjoying game watching. While you drive to ngorongoro conservation area you will visit a Maasai village en route. Visiting a Maasai village is one of the cultural highlights of our traveller’s dream activities in Tanzania. The Maasai love to share their incredible culture with visitors. So when visiting a Maasai tribe you can expect to see several Maasai traditions. This includes celebratory dances and songs and a closer look at the beautiful jewelry made with typical Maasai beads. Drive to your lodge located at the crater rim in late afternoon. The location offers a great view over the Ngorongoro Crater.

An estimated 30,000 large mammals live in the crater, which features a salt lake at its center. This is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas in the world! And also is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lions that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool and witness the diverse wildlife within the crater.
