This tour includes:

Transport

Airport / Hotel / Airport pick up & drop off service by a private tourist vehicle Tourist bus between Kathmandu and Pokhara and private tourist vehicle between Pokhara and Bijapur.

Accommodation

Standard twin-sharing accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu (2 nights only) and Pokhara (2 nights only) including breakfast. Guesthouse accommodation during the trek in mostly twin-share and occasionally dormitory-style rooms

Meals

Three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trek.

Guide

A highly experience, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly , well English speaking well trained, Government license holder guide with all his salary, food, drinks, accommodation, transport and insurance.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu & Transfer To Hotel.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu & Transfer To Hotel.

      A representative from Sherpa Expedition and Trekking will be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your hotels in Thamel followed by a short briefing regarding the trek. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: Drive From Kathmandu To Pokhara.

      This morning we will be up bright and early for our 7-hour road trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara. On arriving at Pokhara we will have some great views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machapuchare, and Annapurna. After checking in to our hotel we can explore the city, wander along the lakeside or maybe enjoy a coffee at one of the many lakeside cafes.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Drive To Bijapur And Trek To Kalikastan.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Drive To Bijapur And Trek To Kalikastan.

      After breakfast at our hotel, we drive to Bijayapur Khola (river) from where our trek begins. The trail will take us through the village of Rakhigaon, Chautara until we come to Kalikasthan. We will stay overnight here at a teahouse.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Trek From Kalikastan To Syaklung.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 4: Trek From Kalikastan To Syaklung.

      This morning we trek along the edge of the forest and have some great views of Annapurna and Lamjung Himal. We pass Thulokot and Mati Thana from where the trail gradually ascends to the Gurung town of Shanklung. The trail passes through rhododendron forests that in springtime are in blossom. We will stay here at a guesthouse overnight.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Trek From Syaklung To Chisapani.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 5: Trek From Syaklung To Chisapani.

      The trail today passes through many Gurung towns which offer you an opportunity to observe their culture and way of life. We initially head to Chautara from where we will head uphill to Chisapani. Along the trail, we have views of Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, Manaslu and Himalchuli. Just above Chisapani is a viewpoint that affords some amazing mountain views. 

  • Day 6 Day 6: Trek From Chisapani To Pokhara.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 6: Trek From Chisapani To Pokhara.

      Today is our last day on the trail as we head to Rupa Lake and then on to Sundari Danda. Another15 minutes down from here we arrive at our hotel in Pokhara. You will have time after we have checked in to explore the city or sit back and relax at the lakeside.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Drive Back To Kathmandu.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 7: Drive Back To Kathmandu.

      Today we have a road trip back to Kathmandu where we will book into our hotel in Thamel. You can do some last-minute shopping or wander the winding narrow streets and find a place to sit back and relax.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Final Departure Day.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 8: Final Departure Day.

      Today you leave Nepal taking with you some wonderful memories of your trek into the mountains. A representative from Sherpa Expedition and Trekking will take you to the airport at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure. We look forward to seeing you again for another adventure in Nepal.
