Flights

You will be responsible for booking your own international and/or domestic flights. We additionally recommend you do not book your airfare until your place on the tour is confirmed. Please make sure to check the times that your tour will start and end before booking your flights.

Insurance

When you sign up for an Expat Explore tour, you are required to secure adequate travel insurance cover for the duration of your trip. If you cannot provide Expat Explore with proof of adequate travel insurance prior to the start of your tour, you will not be permitted to embark on day one. Be sure to make the most of your free day and see top attractions like the Colosseum and Roman Forum up close or simply wander through the historic streets and try delicious local cuisine! Or, travel to the Vatican City to visit the Vatican museums and the breathtaking Sistine Chapel.

      Todayโ€™s first stop is the Tuscan town of Siena. Enjoy free time in this scenic destination, which is famous for its cuisine, wine, art, museums, medieval cityscape and the Palio di Siena (the famous horse race held twice a year). Next up, Venice! Arrive in the evening, with the chance to see the city solo, relax at the hotel or choose to join your Tour Leader on an optional Venice by Night excursion. This city exudes a feeling of magic! It has been captured in art, film and literature for centuries and there is no doubt it will capture your heart and imagination!
