Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our dedicated representative will extend a warm welcome and ensure your smooth transition to your hotel.

      On this day, we will embark on a cultural exploration of some of Kathmanduโ€™s most iconic and historic sites:

      Swyambhunath (Monkey Temple): Our first stop will be the famous Swyambhunath Stupa, affectionately known as the Monkey Temple. This ancient and sacred Buddhist site offers panoramic views of the Kathmandu Valley and is adorned with prayer flags, colorful decorations, and playful monkeys.

      Boudhanath: Next, we will visit the majestic Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world and a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists. Its captivating white dome and all-seeing eyes draw visitors from all corners of the globe.

      Kathmandu Durbar Square: Our journey will continue to Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will be immersed in the historical and architectural wonders of the ancient palace complex, with its intricate temples, courtyards, and the living goddess Kumariโ€™s residence.

      After our exploration of these cultural gems, we will transfer to the serene Retreat Center at Challing,

      First Day Of Retreat; Hike To Changu Narayan Temple

      Our day begins with an introduction to Jala-net cleansing, a purification technique to clean the nasal passages. Following this cleansing practice, we gather for a refreshing morning yoga session, setting the tone for a day of balance and wellness.

      After a nourishing breakfast, we embark on a gentle 1.5 to 2-hour hike that leads us to the World UNESCO Heritage Site of Changu Narayan Temple. This historic temple is a testament to Nepalโ€™s rich cultural and architectural heritage, and we have the privilege of exploring its wonders. After our visit, we enjoyed a well-deserved lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the regionโ€™s flavors.

      From there, we embark on a leisurely walk back to the retreat center, engaging in evening yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. These practices help us center ourselves and find inner peace as we wind down from the dayโ€™s activities.

      Our day concludes with a fresh and wholesome organic dinner, allowing us to nourish our bodies and continue our physical and mental well-being journey. 

      We will call the day at a retreat center for a restful nightโ€™s sleep,

      Second Day At Retreat: Sunrise Visit To Nagarkot

      In the early morning, we embark on a short drive to the stunning Nagarkot, a vantage point known for its breathtaking sunrise views. As the sun paints the sky with vibrant hues, we are treated to a glorious sunrise spectacle. After soaking in the momentโ€™s beauty, we return to our peaceful yoga retreat center in Chhaling.

      We eat a nourishing breakfast after our return to replenish our daily energy. Our morning continues with an invigorating yoga session, helping us find balance and harmony within ourselves.

      Once we completed our yoga practice, we explored the ancient city of Bhaktapur, often referred to as the "City of Devotees." This city is renowned for its remarkable density of temples, boasting more per square foot than any other place in Nepal. We delve into the rich history and architecture of this great city.

      In the evening, we gather again for a yoga and meditation session, allowing us to center ourselves and reflect on the dayโ€™s experiences. We conclude the day with a wholesome dinner and engaging discussions, sharing our insights and connections.

      Third Day At Retreat: Patan Sightseeing

      Our day commences with a serene morning meditation and yoga session, a time to connect with our inner selves and find balance. Following this practice, we enjoy a nourishing and healthy breakfast, providing us with the sustenance needed for the day ahead.

      Our exploration continues as we journey to the ancient Patan Durbar Square, a distinguished UNESCO World Heritage Site. Patan, often referred to as Lalitpur, is an ancient Newar city located in the southern corner of the Kathmandu Valley, approximately 8 miles (13 km) from the capital city. This city is a treasure trove of traditional art, awe-inspiring architecture, historical landmarks, and intricate craftsmanship. It boasts magnificent windows, splendid temples, serene ponds, rich local customs, diverse culture, vibrant religious traditions, festive celebrations, soul-stirring music, and much more. Patan remains an impeccably preserved ancient city, offering an enchanting world for tourists to explore.

      In the evening, we come together once more for a yoga and meditation session, helping us find inner peace and clarity. This is followed by a delightful dinner and engaging discussions, where we share our thoughts and experiences from the day.

  • Day 6 Rest Day

      Rest Day

      Our day begins with the soothing practice of morning meditation and invigorating morning yoga sessions. These sessions let us start the day with a clear mind and inner calm. Following our yoga practice, we indulge in a wholesome and nourishing breakfast that gives us the energy we need for the day.

      The highlight of our day is the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate through yoga. We enjoy a complimentary Ayurvedic Massage, a therapeutic experience designed to relieve stress and promote deep relaxation.

      After this rejuvenating massage, we will be transferred back to Kathmandu, where we will spend the night at a comfortable hotel. 

  • Day 7 Departure

      Departure

      On the day of your departure, our representative will meet you at your hotel and assist in transferring you to the airport, considering your flight schedule. Please note that the recommended airport check-in time is typically 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure.
