Late afternoon at 1600 Hrs. arrive at Safdarjung Railway Station for check-in. You will be welcomed at the railway station in Traditional manner followed by welcome drink. After the welcome ceremony you will be introduced by the attendant of the train. A brief will be been given regarding Tour program and other amenities.

After introduction you will proceed to board your respective cabins.

Day 3 In Jaipur

Early morning arrives in Jaipur. After a scrumptious breakfast on the board, we depart for our sightseeing tour of Jaipur.

Today we will visit Albert Hall Museum, Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, We will also enjoy an Elephant ride and indulge in some shopping.

Lunch will be at the 1135 AD Restaurants at Amber Fort.

Post lunch enjoy a tour of Amber Fort, before returning to the Palace on Wheels.

Dinner on board. Later the train departs for Sawai Madhopur from Jaipur. Overnight on Palace on Wheels
Day 4 Sawai Madhopur - Chittorgarh

Early morning arrive at Sawai Madhopur. Deboard the train and proceed for Safari at Ranthambore National Park in search of tiger. There is a high chance of sighting a Tiger during your safari. Post-safari return to Palace on wheels for breakfast on board.

Post breakfast continue for your next place as Chittorgarh.Lunch will be served on board. By early evening we arrive at Chittorgarh and proceed for sightseeing.

Chittorgarh (Chittaurgarh) is the essence of Rajput pride, romance and spirit. The major reason for visiting Chittorgarh is its huge hilltop fort, which is a depiction of Rajput culture and values.

The fort of Chittor is regarded as one of the most outstanding forts of the country and is indeed the ’Pride of Rajasthan State’. The formidable fort is perched atop a 180 meter high hillock covering a massive area of 700 acres and is a standing sentinel to the courage and valour of Chittorgarh. It is alleged that the fort was build by the Mauryans in 7th century and further structures were added to it by the successive Mewar rulers.

The one mile long serpentine road to the fort is quite steep and exhaustive. The fort is approached through seven huge gateways or ’pols’, which are guarded by watch tower and massive iron spiked doors.

Day 5 N Udaipur

Past midnight the train will depart from Chittorgarh for Udaipur. Early morning arrive at Udaipur railway Station. Breakfast will be served on board. Post breakfast, departure by Coach for sightseeing of Udaipur visiting Sahelion ki Bari, City Palace and Crystal Gallery. You will also have some time for shopping.

Lunch at Royal Banquet Fateh Prakash Palace in Udaipur.

Post lunch enjoys a boat ride on Lake Pichola before returning to the Palace on Wheels.

Evening tea on board, later in the evening continue your luxury train ride for Jaisalmer.

Day 6 Jaisalmer

Enjoy breakfast on board before departing for sightseeing of Jaisalmer, visiting Gadisagar Lake, Jaisalmer Fort, Havelis and city.

About Jaisalmer Fort

Jaisalmer Fort is nothing short of an architectural spectacle. Standing tall in the city, the Sonar Killa, as it is also called, is a living fort, and offers a glimpse into India’s history like none other.

Jaisalmer fort, named after Rawal Jaisal Singh, is popular across the globe. The fort, standing tall on the Trikuta Mountain, has perceived several historical battles and has seen the fruition of the city of Jaisalmer to what it is today.

It was built in the year 1156, when Rawal Jaisal of the Bhatti clan faltered upon Trikuta Hill and chose it as his capital. There were two reasons for the same – the hill was a strategic location that would allow him a sight of the barren desert and any enemies that may be coming to war. Secondly, a saint had once predicted that the fort would be occupied by a descendant of Lord Krishna – and Rawal Jaisal belonged to the Yadu clan.

The yellow-hued fort is 250 feet tall, protected by 30 feet long walls. It has 99 bastions and sees the fusion of Islamic and Rajput architecture. There are four entry gates to the fort – Ganesh Pol, Akshya Pol, Suraj Pol and Hawa Pol.

Post lunch drive to visit Sam Sand dunes with camel ride. Enjoy tea and coffee at the Sand Dunes before returning to the Palace on Wheels.

Dinner and cultural program at a 5-star hotel in Jaisalmer. Later at night, you will depart for Jodhpur

Overnight will be on Palace on Wheels.
Day 7 Jodhpur

Arrival at Mandore railway station in the morning followed by breakfast on board. Later departure for sightseeing visiting Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Museum and shopping

Lunch will be at Taj Hari Mahal

Later, return to the Palace on Wheels for departure for Bharatpur

Day 8 Bharatpur & Agra

Morning arrival at Bharatpur. Soon after arrival, we will depart for a visit to Bharatpur bird sanctuary. Post-safari, return to Palace on Wheels for Breakfast on board.

Later, depart for Agra. On arrival at Agra, visit Agra Fort followed by lunch at 5 star Hotel. Post lunch we will visit the beautiful Taj Mahal. Time for some last minute shopping before returning to the train.

We have a comfortable start to the day with the morning free before we meet in the afternoon and take a walk around the city of Panjim. While Goa is mainly known for the beaches that lure tourists during the year, the extensive streets of Panjim are worth seeing. The buildings are markedly European in style with shutters, balconies and red tiled roofs though they are varied with more traditional temples to form a rather rare style. If you wish to spend some time on the beach it is just a short taxi ride away.
Day 11 In Goa

This morning we will go to a local spice plantation, to learn a little of the spices and plants that grow between these fertile landscapes. This part of India has long been famous for its plentiful array of spices; indeed Christopher Columbus was en route to the spice rich Malabar Coast when he bounced into America by mistake. A journey of the gardens with a local guide will disclose the massive wealth of Goa’s aromatic treasures, containing pepper and nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon.
