      Upon your arrival at Tenerifeโ€™s Southern airport, youโ€™ll be greeted with a transfer to Los Cristianos. (Transfers from the Northern Airport are not included) You will check in at the Hotel Cuatro Esquinas in San Miguel de Abona before meeting with your knowledgeable local guide, who will provide insight into the program and available facilities. Depending on your arrival time, indulge in a brief excursion to the pristine shores of El Medano, just a leisurely 10-minute drive from your accommodation at Hotel Cuatro Esquinas.Accommodation: Hotel Cuatro Esquinas (San Miguel de Abona).       After breakfast, take an excursion to the national park of Las Caรฑadas del Teide and a gentle hike around the Roque de Garcรญa. Ascend by cable car to an altitude of 3,500 meters and a walk to the Pico Viejo viewpoint. Return to San Miguel via Santiago del Teide, a route that crosses imposing Canary Island pine forests and offers extraordinary views towards the neighboring islands of La Palma and La Gomera.Distance: 4,8 Km | Total ascent: +194 m | Total descent: -185 mAccommodation: Hotel Cuatro Esquinas (San Miguel de Abona).       Barranco del Infierno is one of the most characteristic natural spaces in the south of Tenerife. This nature reserve is also home to a rich and varied endemic fauna, a wide variety of birds in their natural habitat and interesting vegetation.       From the Los Cristianos harbor, in the south of Tenerife, a 50-minute ferry ride takes us to the neighboring island of La Gomera. A cultural walk through the city where Christopher Columbus stopped on his voyages to America will show us such characteristic places as the Torre del Conde, the Asunciรณn church, the archaeological museum, Casa del Pozo de la Aguada and Casa Bencomo, among others.Accommodation: Hotel Torre del Conde (San Sebastiรกn de La Gomera).       Today we will discover the lush vegetation of the Garajonay National Park, composed of ancient laurel trees and giant ferns. After a 30-minute transfer, the walk starts with a gentle descent through the tropical forest, from Alto del Contadero to El Cedro, a small hamlet in the middle of the forest.Distance: 4,9 Km | Total ascent: 47 m | Total descent: 503 mAccommodation: Hotel Torre del Conde (San Sebastiรกn de La Gomera).       It is time to visit the most unknown and beautiful part of La Gomera: the north. After a stroll through Agulo, one of the most beautiful villages in the Canary Islands, we will go up to the Abrante viewpoint, with a glass floor suspended over the cliff from where we will have a view of neighboring Tenerife.A short walk continues to the Visitor Centre to learn about the peculiarities of the National Park.After that, we will follow the trail through the National Park to Las Hayas before returning to the hotel.Distance: 6 Km | Total ascent: 150 m | Total descent: 200 mAccommodation: Hotel Torre del Conde (San Sebastiรกn de La Gomera).       Today the ferry leaves at 07:00 am from La Gomera and continues on to La Palma, where it will arrive at 10:30. You will enjoy an impressive crossing with views of the 3 islands from the sea. Upon arrival in Santa Cruz de La Palma, after checking in at a small, emblematic hotel by the sea, we will take a brief tour of the city through its ancient cobbled streets.And in the afternoon, a 2 and half hour circular walk takes us through the old water mills to the Church of Las Nieves.Distance: 6 Km | Total ascent: +245 m | Total descent: -245 mAccommodation: Hotel Holiday Time (Santa Cruz de La Palma).       One of the most spectacular sights of La Palma is that of the National Park of La Caldera de Taburiente. Today the transfer will take us to the highest point of La Palma: 2.426 m above sea level. We will walk along the peaks of Roque de Los Muchachos, around the crater of La Caldera, enjoying breathtaking views. After a 2 hour walk on the rim, from โ€œRoque de Los Muchachosโ€ to โ€œDegollada de Francesesโ€ viewpoint, the bus takes us on the west side to the spectacular โ€œMirador del Timeโ€ viewpoint, from where we enjoy an extraordinary view of the recent volcano (eruption in Sept. 2021).Distance: 4 Km | Total ascent: +167 m | Total descent: -313 mAccommodation: Hotel Holiday Time (Santa Cruz de La Palma).       Today we visit the south of La Palma, where we find recent volcanoes in an exotic landscape.At the foot of Fuencaliente rises the crater of the San Antonio volcano (eruption 1677), on the edge of which we can walk. Following the route of the GR131 we can descend to the Teneguรญa Volcano (eruption 1971) continuing to the lighthouse and the salt flats of Fuencaliente, next to the sea. A spectacular hike with breathtaking views over the other islands, through a sunny landscape covered with sparse vegetation.Distance: 6 Km | Total ascent: +15 m | Total descent: -650 mAccommodation: Hotel Holiday Time (Santa Cruz de La Palma).
