      Upon arrival in Posadas, you will be taken to Rincon del Socorro Estancia, settled in Iberá area, near the popular Wetlands. Welcome to Rincón del Socorro Welcome to Esteros del Ibera! Esteros del Iberá is more of a once-in-a-lifetime experience than a tour. Is the perfect place for travelers who want to experience ecotourism, explore an off-the-beaten-path destination in Argentina, and be truly in contact with nature and local fauna. The Esteros are the second-largest wetlands in the world after Pantanal in Brazil and one of the biggest freshwater reservoirs in the continent. The estancia is the perfect base to explore the area and enjoy a typical gaucho environment. This is much more a family house than a hotel so you will have the chance to try homemade food (all meals are included) and learn about inhabitants’ customs.       Unearthing peace and nature. After a homemade breakfast you will go out to explore the area. Take a boat trip to see alligators and capybaras and do flora and fauna sightseeing. The natural reserve is hometown to some exotic species declared Provincial Natural Monument like the marsh deer and some impressive aquatic vegetation. If you prefer an even more adventurous activity take a horse ride along the Iberá marshes and feel like a real argentine gaucho. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, Tea & Dinner.       Time to say goodbye to the awe-inspiring sunrise of Iberá and get ready to continue your journey! Meals included: Breakfast Transfer from hotel Rincon del Socorro to Posadas At the appropriate time, you will be picked up (private transfer) to be driven to Posadas (approximately 4 hours) Bus ticket from Posadas to Puerto Iguazu Once you arrive in Posadas you’ll take the public bus to Puerto Iguazú (300km away), gateway to the famous Iguazú Falls. This journey takes about 5 hours, if you would prefer to do this part of the trip by private transportation, please just let us know and we will quote it for you. Transfer Puerto Iguazú Bus Station / Puerto Iguazú Hotel Welcome to Puerto Iguazu!! The small border town of Puerto Iguazú is the gateway to visit the impressive Iguazú Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site, making it a must-see destination for any traveler visiting Argentina. You will have the day to relax and enjoy the tropical climate and jungle setting. Upon arrival to Puerto Iguazú bus station you will be driven to your hotel in the city. The Argentine Experience Cooking Class & Dinner In the afternoon get ready for your first Argentine experience; a dining experience where you will learn all about our traditional dishes in a cozy (and hidden!) restaurant in downtown Puerto Iguazú. Make your way to the closed-door restaurant where our bilingual guide will be waiting to greet you. First you will pass through a hidden winery, and then approach a large table where your materials will be waiting for you to start your cooking class and dinner. Get all dressed-up in your professional chef outfit and start preparing your first Argentine cocktail with delicious Malbec wine (and its non-alcoholic version); some serious shaking is involved here. After the competition with your finished beverages, it’s time to taste some appetizers and get ready for the empanada contest. Learn how to properly fill the empanada and practice your skills with the “repulgue” (a special way to close and seal the empanada). Then, it will be time to order your steak! Learn how to ask for your desired cooking point in Spanish. Led by passionate hosts, learn about the classic social customs used by Argentines to enjoy plenty of funny moments at the dinner table. Finish the evening sipping on maté and making ‘alfajores de maicena’ (sandwich cookies overflowing with dulce de leche). Finally, make your way back to your hotel with a full belly and fabulous memories.
