Visit to the pre columbian art museum in Cusco, which presents pieces from the region to the coastal plains, from 1250 BC to 1532 (date of the Spanish invasion). Next, you will explore the Temple of the Sun, known as Qoricancha in Quechua. Here, you’ll uncover the impressive foundations of the Santo Domingo Monastery, along with the adjacent colonial church. Machu Picchu was rediscovered in 1911 by the American explorer and archaeologist Hiram Bingham. A dream destination for every traveler, is a legend that has not yet revealed all its mysteries. The citadel continues to enchant and captivate visitors in search of its magic. Its geographical location bestows upon it an audacious and enchanting beauty. The site’s division into several districts and the geographical challenges of the region underscore the magnificence and ingenuity of the Inca civilization. Many mysteries remain to be unraveled.

The Palccoyo colorful mountain, less known and consequently less touristy, is located in the same valley as Vinicunca mountain. An ideal spot for hikers to admire the layers of minerals that create a spectacular array of colors on the mountain slopes. Along the way, you won’t fail to marvel at the "stone forest". Then, visit Checacupe village. After having noticed its 17th century colonial church, and the recently renovated colonial bridge, you will visit the Inca bridge made of braided ropes.

You will traverse unusual paths, passing through the villages of Cabanilla and Lampa until reaching the Tinajani Canyon. During the visit to the canyon, you can admire over 200 hectares of stunning rock formations created over a million years ago. Continuation of the journey to the village of Ayaviri.

At more than 4,000 meters above sea level, surrounded by calm waters and the high peaks of the Cordillera Royale, time seems to have taken a different course, in favour of a perplexing tranquility. Fundamental source of the Inca culture and its creative legends, also named Titicaca as the lake, from where the founders of the Empire of Tawantinsuyo left. You will also find the primordial stone from which Wiracocha, the creator god, extracted all living beings. Free time in Yumani to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake and devote the vetigo to the surroundings.

Apthapi and Lunch included. The apthapi is a community sharing meeting of the land products and livestock that everyone brings (potatoes, eggs, chuño, corn, cheese etc...) it is also to solve conflicts and schedule commune activities.

Your tour will begin with a visit to the Bolivian administrative capital, situated in a basin that spans a remarkable altitude difference of over 1000 meters.

To better grasp the city’s unique topography, you will explore it from viewpoint to viewpoint, allowing you to appreciate the dramatic variations in elevation. Subsequently, you will delve into the museums along Jaen Street, a colonial street nestled within the historical center of the city. Here, you’ll embark on an extraordinary journey through La Paz by taking the Teleférico that offers an exceptional panoramic view of the city, including its striking snow-capped peaks like the Illimani.

You’ll have the chance to marvel at La Paz’s architectural heritage with a visit to the 19th-century La Paz Cathedral, located in Plaza Murillo. The grandeur of the cathedral is evident in its immense size, towering dome, and colossal pillars. While there, you can take your time to admire the uniqueness of its stained-glass windows, some of which depict unexpected scenes, including political assemblies.

In the afternoon, your exploration will lead you to the Witches’ Market. This bustling hub provides all the essential ingredients required for crafting traditional Andean remedies aimed at appeasing the Aymara spirits and offering tributes to Pachamama, Mother Earth.

You will leave at 10:30am for the southern Lipez (Spanish-speaking driver only).

First stop at the train cemetery, near the city, where old steam locomotives from the beginning of the last century quietly end their lives. Their golden age saw them transporting silver ore from the surrounding mines.
Then, direction to San Cristóbal, a village known for its silver deposits but also for its charming colonial church. You will then take the Valle de las Rocas where you can admire magnificent rock formations. During the journey, it is often possible to observe foxes or ñandues (Andean ostrich). At the end of the day, you will head towards Villa-Mar.

Departure for the Sol de Mañana geysers, where a life-size geological spectacle awaits you: impressive columns of steam escape from the caves of the earth. Then head for the Chilean border, passing through the fabulous Dali desert to admire the lakes: Laguna verde and Laguna blanca at the foot of the Licancabur volcano, which exceeds 5900 meters in altitude. After that, stop and relax at the Polques thermal baths, in a unique natural setting. Then arrived at the laguna colorada and its bright palette of colors; the rare presence of life in these landscapes at the end of the world is that of groups of pink flamingos. You will take the road again towards the Siloli desert, a strange desert where surprising geological formations appear, notably in the form of a piedra arbol (stone tree). Then discovery of several lagoons, inhabited by several tens of pink flamingos, silent presence in this immobile desert. Just a stone’s throw from Chile, stands the majestic Ollagüe volcano at an altitude of 5865 metres. It will also be an opportunity to discover the Chiguana salar, whose landscapes seem to belong to another dimension. You will then head for San Juan.

You will take the road to finally enter the salar, "white and geometric expanse" as far as the eye can see, which turns into a perfect mirror during the rainy season. Words, like oxygen, are lacking to describe these fantastic landscapes where time seems to have stopped. In the distance is the outline of the island of Incahuasi, which you will also discover. On this island lost in the middle of a sea of salt, hundreds of giant cacti grow indistinctly: it is the refuge of the viscachas (a kind of Andean rabbit). After a good lunch, continuation of the visit to the village of Colchani on the banks of the Salar. Here we exploit... salt, an abundant resource if there is one in the area. The inhabitants extract salt in blocks (for animals) or in grains (for human consumption) using picks and picks. You will then take the road to the village of Uyuni.
