Day 1: Welcome to Airlie Beach & The Whitsundays

Pass By: Airlie Beach, Airlie Beach, Queensland
Feel the warmth of the balmy tropics and admire the distinct lighting of the Whitsundays region as you arrive into Airlie Beach. You will be transferred from the airport to your hotel. You can relax and use the rest of the day to explore your hotel and its facilities, perhaps take a stroll around the neighbourhood and central Airlie Beach.

Day 2: Outer Great Barrier Reef Cruise

Pass By: Great Barrier Reef, Great Barrier Reef, Queensland
Board your high speed catamaran at Airlie Beach this morning and cruise past the magnificent Whitsunday Islands towards the Outer Great Barrier Reef. Your vessel features spacious air-conditioned lounges, large outdoor viewing decks as well as bars offering refreshments and comfortable seating. You may even spot whales on your journey to the Great Barrier Reef during the months of July to September!

Once at the reef, disembark the vessel and board the state of the art interactive pontoon which offers a multitude of facilities and included experiences. You may choose to go snorkelling straight off the pontoon, enjoy presentations by on board reef experts, or if you do not wish to get in the water, you can enjoy viewing the Reef from the semi - submersible underwater viewing chamber. For something more relaxed, you can choose to top up your tan on the Sun Deck.

There are also a host of optional activities that you can take part in such as SCUBA diving, helicopter flights over the Reef, guided snorkelling tours or even a massage!

All these activities are sure to make you hungry. Enjoy included morning and afternoon teas as well a sumptuous buffet lunch featuring local seasonal produce. Enjoy free tea and coffee, or visit the fully stocked bar for a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages.
After a full day on the Reef, cruise back to Airlie Beach for the night.

Day 3: Explore Airlie Beach

Pass By: Airlie Beach, Airlie Beach, Queensland
Enjoy a leisurely day exploring Airlie Beach at your own pace. Visit faous Shute harbour or maybe take a swim in The Airlie Beach Lagoon, a man-made swimming area with a beach and a park.

Day 4: Hamilton Island & Whitehaven Beach

Pass By: Hamilton Island, Hamilton Island, Whitsunday Islands, Queensland
Hamilton Island is a famous playground of the wealthy. It's a sliver of luxurious paradise, with its beautiful beaches, endless blue skies, azure ocean, yacht marina and world-class facilities. It is a destination par excellence. The island caters for many tastes with its regular food and wine festivals, luxurious spa treatments, sailing regattas and whale watching expeditions. Divers flock for the vibrant technicolour coral formations, dancing reef-fish and loggerhead turtles. Enjoy the indulgent resort facilities as a guest, and discover exciting and enthralling experiences amongst beautiful and exotic surroundings.

Whitehaven Beach is undoubtedly one of the world's best beaches. Its pristine white sand and crystal clear waters stretch majestically over 7km along the breathtakingly beautiful Whitsunday Island. Hill Inlet is a sensational cove where the changing tides swirl the white silica sands and the turquoise and green waters into exquisite patterns of dazzling colour and beauty. Incredible views that will remain in your memory forever. An assault on the senses, a photographer's dream.

Today you will enjoy two of the Whitsundays' most famous icons in the same day, including a spectacular island hopping cruise, full use of Hamilton Island Resort pool and beach areas, Hamilton Island Hop-On Hop-Off Tour, Special Lunch at Hamilton Island and around 2 hours at Whitehaven Beach. Lying right at the heart of the amazing Great Barrier Reef, the 74 picture-postcard tropical islands that make up the Whitsundays are a little slice of paradise on earth. You'll be bedazzled by the sheer natural beauty and enchanted by the tranquil, serene ambience that abounds here. You will be forgiven for thinking that the incredible cruise through the 74 islands is the highlight of the day, but your day has only just begun. At Hamilton Island the Hop-On Hop-Off Tour will give you a great understanding of the island. The tour circuits the island all day stopping at key attractions, scenic points and resorts. So hop on and off as you please. There is a generous choice of swimming pools, including the main pool with its swim-up bar, or explore the long sandy curve of Catseye Beach for seaside relaxation. Wander the waterfront of Hamilton Island's famous Front Street and Marina Village taking in the sights, visiting the galleries or doing some shopping. Today your Special Lunch is at this world famous marina with its remarkable views across the Whitsundays. Your island hopping cruise continues around Whitsunday Island National Park and between other islands with your friendly skipper providing an informative commentary on the history and natural wonders.
