      Our KANTU PERU TOURS team will warmly welcome you at the Cusco International Airport, ready to accompany you on a private tour to your hotel through the charming Sacred Valley of the Incas. This trip promises to be a delightful exploration of magical places, including an Andean zoo where you can witness the majestic flight of the condor, and observe the puma, the spectacled bear and other captivating species. This extraordinary experience sets the stage for our visit to the archaeological site of Pisaq, perched on top of the mountain of the same name, where our expert guide will impart essential knowledge.


      Around 1:00 p.m., we will enjoy a delicious lunch in a typical Urubamba restaurant, providing the opportunity to savor exquisite Peruvian cuisine. After this, our team will transport you to your hotel strategically located in the heart of the "Sacred Valley of the Incas".

      Start your day with a delicious breakfast in our hotel, at approximately 9:00 am, our guide will pick you up at the hotel to embark on a unique experience.


      Our first stop will take us to the beautiful archaeological zone of Ollantaytambo. With a guided tour, we will go back in time, immersing ourselves in the fascinating history of the place.


      Around 12:30, we will stop in Urubamba to have lunch and enjoy the exquisite Peruvian cuisine.


      Then we will go to the famous Salineras de Maras, where the waters of an underground spring still irrigate these salt flats. Next, we will explore the old agricultural laboratory of Moray, a testimony of Inca ingenuity since ancient times.


      We will conclude our day in Chinchero, where ancient Inca customs still flourish. Once again, you will witness the authenticity of Peruvian culture. Around 5:00 p.m., we will return to our exclusive hotel.

      Early in the morning, our representative will transfer us to the Ollantaytambo train station, a journey that will take approximately 45 minutes. From there, we will head by train to the charming town of Aguas Calientes, enjoying panoramic views through the windows during the trip.


      Upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, our representative will be waiting for us to accompany us to the comfortable tourist bus that will take us directly to the entrance of Machu Picchu. There, our private guide will take us on an exciting two-hour adventure, exploring the most emblematic corners of this ancient Inca city.


      After marveling at Machu Picchu, we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes, where a delicious lunch awaits us in one of our exclusive restaurants.


      In the afternoon we will board our train back to Ollantaytambo station. Once there, our KANTU PERU TOURS representative will take us back to the magical imperial city of Cusco. You will have the option to collect your bags upon your return or leave them on our transportation in the morning.


      We estimate to arrive in Cusco approximately between 21:00 p.m. and 22:00 p.m., thus concluding a day full of unforgettable experiences.

      At 13:00 p.m., our guide will be ready to pick you up at your hotel, marking the beginning of this fascinating trip through Cusco. The adventure begins with an exploration of this notable city, where we will visit the Cathedral, considered the most important temple in Cusco today. Later, we will head towards Qoricancha, the Temple of the Sun, which played a role of immense importance during the Inca era.


      As part of this extraordinary experience, you will also have the opportunity to explore the impressive Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, an architectural marvel that challenges the imagination and a testament to human ingenuity. Finally, the tour will take you to Qโ€™enqo, the Puma temple, Tambomachay, the water temple, and Puca Pucara, the Red fortress. The conclusion of this fascinating tour is scheduled for approximately 18:30 p.m., at which time we will drop you back at your hotel.

      Day 6: Rainbow Mountain

      We will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 4:00 in the morning to begin our exciting adventure to Rainbow Mountain. We will take a 3.5 hour trip in our comfortable tourist transport, we will pass through impressive landscapes, canyons and admire beautiful glaciers such as Ausangate.


      Upon arriving at the community of Cusipata (4,326 m / 14,189 ft), we will enjoy a delicious breakfast before beginning our hike. We will take a walk of approximately 2 hours, we will witness the magnificence of the nature that surrounds us. Our destination, Rainbow Mountain (5,020m / 16,466 feet), will welcome us to delight in its beauty, take photographs, enjoy a snack or simply relax.


      After enjoying the colorful mountain, we will begin the walk back to the community of Cusipata, where a delicious buffet lunch awaits us. Later we will return to the imperial city of Cusco.


      We will arrive in Cusco at approximately 16:00 p.m. Our transportation will take us to the city center, dropping us off at the hotel. Enjoy a restful night in Cusco, reflecting on the wonders you have witnessed during the day.
