  • Day 1 Day 1
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1

      On the first day you can arrive anytime on the campsite to check in. We advise to come early to be able to head to Oktoberfest and get a table. Our team can advise you which tents to visit and to join. 


      On Sunday the team leaves to the festival at 11:00. 

      On Friday and Saturday there is the after party on the campsite till 02:00. 


      On Friday and Saturday the team will leave for Theresienwiese to get into the festival on time to secure a table on time.  It is difficult to obtain these and without entrance to these the participants canโ€™t experience Oktoberfest.


      On Sunday the team leaves to the festival at 11:00. 

      On Friday and Saturday there is the after party on the campsite till 02:00. 

  • Day 2 Second Day
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Second Day

      After breakfast is served our team will prepare you for the day ahead. On Friday and Saturday the team will leave for Theresienwiese to get into the festival on time to secure a table on time.  It is difficult to obtain these and without entrance to these the participants canโ€™t experience Oktoberfest. On the other days the team will leave a bit later. 


      On Sunday the team leaves to the festival at 11:00. 

      On Friday and Saturday there is the after party on the campsite till 02:00. 

  • Day 3 Third Day
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Third Day

      On the third day it is time to check out. Our team will check the tents to make sure everything is in order and of course you are more then welcome to save your luggage at the campsite, and join us for another day at the festival.
