      Meet the group and settle in

      Pack your bags and stay ready to leave for a scenic drive to Rishikesh from Delhi in the morning, which can take between 5-6 hours. Rishikesh is one of the most popular yoga cities in the world - itโ€™s said the exquisite setting on the fast-flowing Ganges River, surrounded by forested hills, is conducive to meditation and mind expansion. Upon your arrival, complete the check in formalities at the ashram. You can then enjoy a relaxing evening there.

      Begin your Ashram Activities (B/L/D)

      Participants in all the programmes follow the daily Ashram schedule which begins at 5:00 AM and runs until 9:30 PM. Time for reading, journaling, and reflection is always available. Hereโ€™s an idea of the schedule (although please note the daily schedule may not be identical to this):

      Enjoy another day following the schedule of the ashram and taking your 2 yoga classes. Later on, you can join a walking tour to nearby Himalayan village to see local village life with a guide.

      Ashram Activities and White Water Rafting (B/L/D)

      After another day of the ashramโ€™s schedule, youโ€™ll also head out for some exhilarating white water rafting on the Ganges itself. After that, youโ€™ll enjoy an educational cooking demo.

      Transfer Rishikesh to Delhi (B)

      Have an early breakfast and check out from the ashram. It’s your last day in Uttarakhand, so bid a sweet farewell to the hills. Weโ€™ll then drop you back off in New Delhi.
