Once you arrive in Larnaca International Airport, your local guide will pick you up on time and transfer you to the hotel in Nicosia. The rest of the day is free for you.
Day 2 Nicosia North & South Tour: Ledra Street, Venetian Walls & Buyuk Han

Nicosia North & South Tour: Ledra Street, Venetian Walls & Buyuk Han

Your guide will accompany you to visit Ledra Street, a pedestrian street lined with souvenir shops, restaurants, cafes, and more. The next stop will be Leventis Municipal Museum, where collections from the Chalcolithic era are exhibited. The next stop of today will be Venetian Walls. Surrounding the old town of Nicosia, it is the largest and best-preserved historical relic in the city. It is roughly in a circle, with 11 fortifications on top at an equal interval.

Then we continue to south Nicosia. We will visit Famagusta Gate, the House of Hadjigeorgakis Kornesios and Green Line. Next, you will be guided to Buyuk Han, a 16th-century Ottoman architecture, where you can also explore handmade artworks. We will also explore Grand Bazaar, Arasta Quarter, Venetian Column, Samanbahçe Quarter and Arabahmet Quarter. Finally, we will escort you to your hotel in Nicosia.

Nicosia - Kyrenia - Nicosia: Visit Saint Hilarion Castle, Bellapais Monastery & Kyrenia Castle

In the morning, drive to the Kyrenia Mountain Range. Here we will visit the Saint Hilarion Castle. Located on the hilltop, it offers a bird’s eye view of Kyrenia and the coastline to the north. Then move on to the Bellapais Monastery in the Five Fingers Mountains. This Gothic monastery built over 800 years ago, consists of main hall, corridor, garden and underground restaurants, etc.

In the afternoon, go on to the harbor town of Kyrenia which is founded by the Achaeans tribe after the Trojan War. On arrival, you will visit Kyrenia Castle, which houses a shipwreck museum preserving a trading cargo ship from 300 BC . You will also have some free time to explore the Kyrenia Harbour on your own. After the visit, your guide will transfer you back to the hotel in Nicosia.

This morning, move on to Paphos which is around 1 hour and 40 minutes’ drive away in the southwest of Cyprus. Upon arrival, your guide will lead you to visit the Petra Tou Romiou (Aphrodite’s Rock), Paphos Archaeological Park, and the Tombs of Kings. This is a UNESCO-certified archaeological site that dates back to 3 century BC. By now, about 100 tombs have been found, mainly carved out of solid rocks. After that, transfer you to the hotel in Nicosia for overnight stay.

Nicosia To Larnaca: Visit Choirokoitia, Lefkara Village, And Larnaca Salt Lake

Today continue to visit Larnaca in the east of Cyprus. You will visit Neolithic Settlement of Choirokoitia, mountain village of Lefkara, and Church of Holy Cross. This is a Greek Orthodox monastery. Located at the top of a cliff, you can enjoy the fascinating view of the surrounding land from the monastery. Next, we will continue to Larnaca Salt Lake and Hala Sultan Tekke. Before driving back to Larnaca, we will visit the old streets of Larnaca and Church of Saint Lazarus.
