Day 1 Negombo/Airport – Dambulla

Negombo/Airport – Dambulla

On the first day, our chauffeur will meet and greet you at the airport or Colombo city hotel and transfer you to Dambulla. Along the way, you will make a stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which is home to about 80 elephants. Here, you can watch elephants and learn about the efforts being made to conserve and preserve them. Then, travel to Dambulla Cave Temple, often referred to as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, as your next stop. Next, move on to Kandy Lake, a man-made body of water created in the heart of the city.
