  • Day 1 Arrival โ€“ Galle

      Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, please clear immigration & visa formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you do not have goods to be declared to customs. Explore Vacations Representative will page you by your name. Thereafter you will be assisted to the Coach Park to begin your journey as per the itinerary. Proceed to Galle. Galle is famous for its Portuguese architectural buildings and the Galle Fort which is a world heritage site and the many amazing places to visit in Galle. Check in to a hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. 

  • Day 2 Galle โ€“ Udawalawa

      After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Handunugoda tea Estate and Tea Factory. Handunugoda estate is most famed for producing the exotic Virgin White Tea. Visit to the Handunugoda Low Country Tea Plantation and enjoy a stroll through acres of lush tea bushes, before heading back to the antique tea factory to learn how the tea is collected, dried, withered and processed before making its way to your cup. While not a fully-functioning factory, you can still admire the processes and old machinery as most of the factory has been converted to a museum. Tea lovers can even sample a freshly made cup of the best Ceylon tea at the end of their tour. The Handunugoda Low Country Tea Plantation is located in the southern town of Ahangama. The estate also grows coconut, cinnamon and rubber for visitors to admire.  Take leisure walks around tea plantation. Visit Galle Dutch Fort. The National Museum of Galle. Galle Lighthouse. Galle Fort Clock Tower.  Proceed to Udawalawa. Check in to a hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day 3 Udawalawa โ€“ Galle

      Breakfast at the hotel. In the Early morning, proceed to Udawalawa National Park.  Udawalawa National Park is a national park on the boundary of Sabaragamuwa and Uva Provinces in Sri Lanka. The park was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawa Reservoir on the Walawe River, as well as to protect the catchment of the reservoir. The reserve covers 30,821 hectares (119.00 sq. mi) of land area and was established on 30 June 1972. You can enjoy half-day elephant safari.  Proceed to Elephant Transit Home.  The primary purpose of the Elephant Transit Home is to rehabilitate and release isolated baby elephants to the wild. The Ministry of Wildlife Conservation took an essential step in the welfare and protection of orphan elephants in 1995. As a result, "Ath Athuru Sevana" (Elephant Transit Home) was established at the Udawalawa National Park. Elephant Transit Home (ETH) cares for orphaned elephant calves until they are independent and capable enough to be released back into the wild. Elephant calves at ETH feed once every three hours. Calves are generally fed human baby milk formulas. You can know how calves are feeding.  Proceed to Galle. Arrive in Galle.  Check in to a hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
