Itinerary

Day 1: ARRIVAL DAY IN ISLAMABAD-PAKISTAN

Pass By: Islamabad International Airport, Airport Ave, Islamabad Gandhara International Airport, Islamabad, Attock, Punjab, Pakistan
Most of the international flights arrives at Islamabad International Airport in the mornings. Your Guide will meet and greet you at the airport, then you will be transfer to the hotels. Rest of the days is free to recover from your journey. Later in the day, we will have a group briefing about the Trek.

Day 2: DRIVE TO CHILLAS (461km)

Stop At: Karakoram Highway, Hassanabdal Pakistan From Hassan Abdal to China border, Gilgit Pakistan
Today we will leave the purpose-built Capital City Islamabad behind and start our epic Adventure towards the North on the famous Ancient Karakoram Highway in a mini bus. We will pass through lush green valleys and small towns to a luxury hotel in Chillas Town. Spend the night in Chillas.

Day 3: DRIVE & TREK TO FAIRY MEADOW (3300m)

Stop At: Fairy Meadows, Chilas 14100 Pakistan
After breakfast we will start our journey towards Fairy Meadows. We will transfer you to Tatu village on 4ร—4 Jeeps. After the Jeep ride you will be hiking for 2-3 hours to reach Fairy Meadows. Arriving at The Fairy Meadows, we will spend the night in comfortable log cabins with wood burners to keep us warm. The Fairy Meadows is the perfect place to chill out and unwind; watch the clouds dance past Nanga Parbat, the glacier snaking through the valley below, and explore the cool woods surrounding our log cabins. From Fairy Meadows you can see the most beautiful mountain in Pakistan and the ninth highest mountain in the world, Nanga Parbat.

Day 4: TREK TO BASE CAMP (3500m)

Stop At: Fairy Meadows, Chilas 14100 Pakistan
A few kilo-meters after Fairy Meadows, there is a second campsite called Beyal, where it is much quieter and has even better views than the previous camp. After Beyal, the trail gets tougher, although more rewarding. From an alpine forest, the way becomes an arid but impressive landscape, surrounded by snow and ice blocks.

Day 5: TREK BACK TO FAIRY MAIDOW (3300m)

Stop At: Fairy Meadows, Chilas 14100 Pakistan
After spending the night in the Camp, we will Trek back to Fairy Meadows. At Fairy Meadows You can fill in your journals, sketch, paint, rest or take photographs of the Beautiful mountain during different times of the day. Sunrises , sunsets and full moons are amazing at fairy meadows.

Day 6: DRIVE TO BESHAM

Stop At: Karakoram Highway, Hassanabdal Pakistan From Hassan Abdal to China border, Gilgit Pakistan
Leaving The Fairy Meadows behind with so many good memories, we will travel back to Raikot Bridge where we will pause for lunch before rejoining Karakoram Highway and continue the journey to Besham. On the way to Besham we drive through Chilas and Dassu travelling along Indus river on Karakoram Highway. Besham is a nice small town with nice hotels. There are no Tourist attraction here. Hot Showers and real bed to sleep tonight.

Day 7: DRIVE TO ISLAMABAD

Stop At: Mushkpuri Top, Abbotabad Pakistan
Today we will Continue our Epic Journey towards Islamabad. We will pass through some other culturally rich and historical Towns, Abbot Abad, Hassan Abdal, Haripur And Taxila. Taxila is an important archaeological site of ancient India, situated about 32 km north-west of Islamabad. The origin of Taxila as a city goes back to c.1000 BCE. Some ruins at Taxila date to the time of the Achaemenid Empire in the 6th century BCE.

Day 8: SIGHTSEEING DAY IN ISLAMABAD

Pass By: Faisal Mosque, Islamabad Pakistan
Today we will explore Islamabad. Islamabad is a purpose-built City, which was built-in 1961 as the new capital of Pakistan. It is a lush green city surrounded by the Marghala hill. Faisal Mosque and Marghala Hills and the local Bazars are the main attraction. These attraction remains open seven days a week 24 hours. Parliment house and other main buildings can only be viewed from outside. In the morning we will visit the Faisal mosque and local Markets then heads toward Marghala hill in the afternoon.

Day 9: DEPARTURE DAY
