Day 1 Flying To Masai Mara Migration Safari

Flying To Masai Mara Migration Safari

An enjoyable three days thrilling flying safari to a lodge/Tented camp, well located at the heart of Masai Mara. It offers the best game viewing drives with the best chances to spot the Big Five as well as to have the best sight of the wildebeests migration (7th Wonder of the World) as it happens. It is also a good chance to spot the biggest African crocodiles in the Mara River feed on the migrating wildebeest. This is one of the best experiences that one can have in a life time.

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

7:00 hrs. – We’ll pick you up at the location of your choice – hotel, residence, or the Nairobi airport for the easy ride over to Wilson Airport

There, you’ll board your plane for the approximately one-hour flight to the Masai Mara.

Winging over the sprawling Kenyan landscape, you’ll be treated to views of iconic Mt. Kilimanjaro and the dramatic escarpment of the Great Rift Valley.

Day 2: Full Day – Masai Mara

Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

We’re on safari time and that means an early rise to enjoy the morning light creeping across the plains and the sight of the wildlife emerging into the new day. This will be a full day of game drives and to do as you please.

Should you be fortunate enough to visit the reserve during the season of the Great Migration (July – October) you will witness one of the natural wonders of the planet – an unending train of wildebeests and zebras crossing into the park over the Mara River on their annual trek.

And waiting for them are the park’s many predators – lions, leopards, cheetahs, and crocodiles hidden beneath the river’s surface. You can observe the drama and the spectacle, taking a break with a picnic lunch down at the Mara River.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Nairobi

It’s a final day on safari so let’s rise with the sun and the wildlife to appreciate nature’s many wonders before us. An early game drive will set the tone as we find still more species foraging on the sprawling plains around us. Will enjoy a safari breakfast back at our lodge or tented camp and dwell on all that we’ve seen over the past three days. Having spent good time in Mara, time to hop into our 4 x 4 Jeep for a final game drive as we head to the airstrip and our flight back to Nairobi.
Day 2 Masai Mara - Wilson Airport
12:00 am - 11:59 pm

Masai Mara - Wilson Airport

6:00 am- Early morning wakeup call. Have a cup of hot coffee or African tea,then proceed for early

morning game drive, the early morning Game safari offers you golden opportunity for

early morning big 5 kills, African Jungle Male Lions are spotted along the trails as well

as other Kenya big 5 including the documented Big Cat Documentary, Lion, Leopard &

Black Rhinos if you are lucky enough are seen. The Kenya morning trails Game viewing

takes about 2-3 hours then return to the the lodge for full breakfast. After breakfast

check out as you do your final en route game viewing to the Air strip to catch up

with your flight back to Nairobi. You will arrive in Nairobi Wilson and you will be met by

one of our drivers who will drop you into your preferred city hotel or J.K.I.Airport to catch your flight back home where the safari ends.
Day 3 Ole Sereni Hotel - Wilson Airport

Ole Sereni Hotel - Wilson Airport

At 8:00 am You will be picked up from Ole Sereni hotel and be transferred to Wilson Airport for your 1 hour flight to Masai Mara. Upon landing in Masai Mara airstrip, you will be picked up by the driver/guide and proceed to your Serena lodge with a game drive en-route. After lunch, you will set out for the afternoon game drive . Your meals and overnight stay will at Mara Serena Safari Lodge

Explore Masai Mara Or Take A Balloon Ride.

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a full day game viewing with picnic lunch boxes. You will drive to the famous Mara River where the crossing of the wildebeests takes place, where the lunch is taken by the hippos pool watching the largest African Crocs basking along the rivers banks. If your visit falls between the months of June to September, you will have a chance to see this annual wildebeest migration which makes Masai Mara a famous attraction. Dinner and your overnight stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge.
