Most of the market, however, is dedicated to pottery, antiques, textiles and other paraphernalia.  Moving on to visit Nizwa famous fort. - Nizwa Fort It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Oman due to the fact that it is an amazing example of old Omani architecture that provides an illustration of the way Omani people used to live in ancient times. The oldest part of Nizwa Fort was originally constructed by imam Al Sult bin Malik Al Kharusi in the ninth century. Inside the fort, we will be introduced to many traditional handicraft and traditional farming techniques that Omani people used to do it in the past. Nizwa is particularly famous for crafting the silver khanjar (traditional curved dagger). we will depart Nizwa city and we will drive to Birkat al Mouz. - Birkat al Mouz The fertile oasis of Birkat al-Mouz, home to many types of fruit trees, including bananas and date palms, as well as an ancient village on the foot of a small hill.
