Day 1: Doi Inthanon: Highest point in Thailand

Stop At: 119 Moo 7 Ban Luang Subdistrict, Doi Inthanon National Park 50270 Thailand
Our journey begins along some quiet and picturesque county roads through rice fields and past elephant sanctuaries. We then start to ascend into the mountains until we reach the top of Doi Inthanon, the highest point in Thailand. The afternoon is spent cruising down the winding mountain roads until we reach our accommodation for the evening in the authentic rural Thai town of Mae Cham.

Day 2: Salawin River

Stop At: Salawin National Park, Ban Tha Ta Fang Mae Yuam, Mae Sariang Thailand
We will get to enjoy the road to ourselves as we ride through the rolling hills on the edge of Chiang Mai province. We will have lunch at a local restaurant at a spectacular viewpoint at the entrance to Mae Hong Son Provence. We will then ride out to the Salawin river which is the border between Thailand and Myanmar (Burma). We will finish up the days ride in the beautiful town of Mae Sariang where we can enjoy well-earned drink by the river watching the sunset.

Day 3: Long Neck Hill Tribe Village

Stop At: Long Neck Village, Mae Hong Son Thailand
We continue our journey through some of the beautiful curves on the road heading toward Mae Hong Son town. Along the way we will trade our bikes for a boat, crossing a river to visit a Long Neck hill tribe village. We will take lunch at a breathtaking viewpoint on the outskirts of the town. Sunset will be enjoyed to the backdrop of the lake and the temple in the heart of Mae Hong Son town.

Day 4: Mae Hong Son Town to Pai

Stop At: Pai Walking Street, Pai Thailand
We will start the day by visiting the Temple on the mountain offering spectacular view of Mae Hong Son town and the surrounding mountains. Then we ride towards the town of Baan Rak Tai on the Myanmar border. We then head in the direction of Pai, this is arguably one of the most breathtaking stretches of road on the trip. There are several epic viewpoints along this route that takes us through some dramatic mountain and rock formations. The evening can be spent enjoying the walking street market in the town of Pai. For those seeking a lively nightlife, there is no shortage of cool bars with bands.

Day 5: Rolling Hills of Samoeng

Pass By: Wongwan Strawberry Farm, 253 Moo 9, Samoeng Thailand
We depart Pai passing the WWII memorial bridge. We take the back road to Chiang Mai via Wat Chan to avoid the tourist traffic on the main road. This back road is a bikers paradise with plenty of twists and turns through some beautiful countryside and hills, with virtually no traffic. We pass through some very remote villages stopping for lunch in one of them. Our journey back to Chiang Mai finishes with a chilled out cruise via Samoeng, taking us through some quiet country roads lined with lush green jungle.
