You will be picked up by your driver at the airport and taken to your hotel (transfer included!).

Evening Walking Tour: Pick up at the hotel at 7:45 pm and walk to Via del Teatro Marcello. Our expert guide from the area will show you the best of the Eternal City, which is charming during the day and incredibly romantic at night. One of the most famous things about Rome is its beautiful fountains. The Turtle Fountain (Fontana delle Tartarughe) in Piazza Mattei is one of the most beautiful. The Jewish Ghetto in Rome is the second oldest, after the one in Venice. It is also where much of Roman food comes from. Then you’ll walk into Piazza Della Rotonda and enjoy the lit view of the Pantheon, which was once Marcus Agrippa’s temple but is now a church. The Pantheon is the only old Roman temple that has been left untouched by time, and it’s especially beautiful at night when there aren’t as many people there.

The next stop is...People say that if you close your eyes and throw a coin over your right shoulder straight into the Trevi Fountain, you will be able to return to Rome one day. Moving on, you’ll reach Piazza di Spagna, which is one of the city’s most famous places and is known for being at the base of the Spanish Steps. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the top of these well-known steps! There’s only one thing left to do to finish this hard and satisfying walk: take a break and enjoy a creamy and tasty gelato on us! The tour ends near the Spanish Steps. Have fun by yourself the rest of the night. Return to the hotel on your own

Day 2 Rome - Assisi - Siena - Florence

You will be picked up from your hotel at 7:15am in the morning and driven to Assisi in a our tour coach. Once there, you will have the opportunity to tour this medieval walled town at your own pace. After taking your time seeing the St. Francis basilica and seeing the works of artists like Giotto and Cimabue, you’ll enjoy lunch on your own (not included). Take a bus to Siena, a city that has been designated a Unesco World Heritage Site. Siena is famous all over the globe for the Palio, a horse race that takes place in the shell-shaped town square, Piazza del Campo. Drive to Florence for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you will be joining a panoramic visit of the picturesque city of Florence, known as the "Cradle of Renaissance," where Michelangelo helped elevate Italian art to its highest level, after breakfast. Built on Etruscan and Roman foundations, the city thrived as an autonomous "Comune" during the Middle Ages and underwent considerable Renaissance refinement. There are several cathedrals and structures here that will captivate you, such as Santa Maria del Fiore, or the Duomo. The incredible dome, designed by Filippo Brunelleschi, will wow you when you visit. The "Campanile" tower, which was partially planned by Giotto, and the Baptistery, which houses the bronze doors that Michelangelo envisioned as the "Gates of Paradise," may be seen after crossing a small square. Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo della Signoria (often called Palazzo Vecchio), and the Basilica of Santa Croce are located in the center of the city. In Piazza Santa Croce, you may have lunch in a traditional Tuscan restaurant(included). Take a leisurely stroll around Florence’s cobblestone alleyways or, if you’d like, visit Pisa(optional), one of Italy’s four major medieval Marine Republics. In Piazza dei Miracoli, you’ll see the Duomo, "the Leaning Tower" (a symbol of Pisa), and the Baptistery on a guided tour.

Day 4 Florence - Bologna - Padua - Venice (Mestre)

Breakfast and drive to Bologna. Among the center’s refined "porticos" and retail lanes, among other features, is the city’s exquisite core. In the center of the city, from Piazza Malpighi, you may stroll to Piazza del Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore, also known as Neptune square and Major square, King Renzo’s Palace, Palazzo Podestà, and the world-renowned church of San Petronio. Bologna is a foodie’s paradise; have a leisurely supper there at your leisure. The Sant’Antonio Basilica, one of the holiest sites for Catholic pilgrims, will be your first stop on the way to Padova in the afternoon. Departure for Venice (Mestre) in the late afternoon.

After breakfast, enjoy your transfer to Piazza San Marco, and visit the most iconic places of the “Floating City”: the Palazzo dei Dogi, symbol of Venice’s glorious past, the legendary “Bridge of Sighs”. After the panoramic walking tour, allow us to treat you to a spritz or a prosecco, as a delightful conclusion to your visit to the highlights of Venice, in the company of your tour leader. While you sit comfortably and savor your drink, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a taste of the famous "cicchetti," a Venetian variation of tapas (light lunch). Spend the afternoon roaming along Venice’s canals at your leisure and then return to the hotel and overnight.

Day 6 Venice - Tuscany - Montepulciano - Rome

After breakfast, departure from Piazzale Roma heading to Tuscany, world-known for its landscapes, its churches and castles and its delicious wines. You will proceed to Val di Chiana with a stop in Montepulciano, a medieval town rich in history and art. Known for its “Nobile” wine, on purchase in local wine houses, Montepulciano also hosts an annual Jazz and Wine Festival every July. Lunch in a typical restaurant included!!! After lunch, quick stop to spend some free time. In the evening, you will arrive in Rome to check in into your hotel.

Breakfast and and departure from the hotel for the included tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Square with our exclusive “Skip the Line” access! No stress to reach the area: upon arrival, your guide will lead you into the museums where you’ll visit one of the most important art collections of the world. Walk along the beautiful Galleries of Tapestries and Geographical Maps before admiring Raphael’s Rooms and, then, the amazing Sistine Chapel. After this incredible masterpiece, the tour ends in St. Peter’s Square where you can admire the incredible masterpiece St. Peter’s Basilica: the biggest church in the world! The tour ends in St. Peter’s Square. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore the city at your own leisure or get any one of our selected tours for the afternoon or at night! Overnight stay.

After your breakfast, you will commence the panoramic tour of the Athenian Neoclassical Center: the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the University, the Library, and National Academy, the Ilion Palace, the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian’s Gate, the Panathenaic Stadium, and many other monuments and sites of great interest. You will learn all there is to know about their history and background from the licensed English-speaking Tour Guide accompanying you on this tour.

Your next stop will be the “sacred rock”, the spectacular, unique and magnificent Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. The entrance fee to both sites is included. At the end of the visit, you can either choose to return to your hotel or set out on your own adventure through the charming and picturesque streets of Plaka. Afternoon free at leisure.

Day 10 Athens - Delphi

Breakfast and leave for Delphi via Thebes, Levadia and the picturesque village of Arachova, on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, arrive in Delphi and visit the Archaeological Site (Archeological site is included but the Museum in Delphi is not included) . After the visit depart for Kalambaka, passing through picturesque villages and towns of Central Greece. Dinner and overnight.

Return to Athens via Trikala, Lamia, Thermopylae (short stop to see across the road the Leonida’s Monument), arrive in Athens early in the evening.
