Itinerary of your trip Lares Trek To Machu Picchu 4D/3N Tour

  • Day 1 Day 1: Cusco - Lares - Wacahuasi .
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Cusco - Lares - Wacahuasi .

      Transfer from the hotel at 5:00 am and then go to the town of Lares in the way we see the majestic Sacred Valley with its fertile lands, then we arrive at the small village of Calca (2940 msnm ) after ascending through the small villages of Totora and Maucaupata where villagers dressed in traditional costumes , and mostly dedicated to textiles , agriculture and livestock. Finally, after a journey of approx. 4 hours we arrive at Lares ( 3,200 masl) visit to the hot springs for a refreshing bath . After lunch after contacting our horsemen started the walk arriving at our first camp in 4 hours Wacawasi (3,600 m) .

  • Day 2 Day 2: Wacahuasi - Ipsaycocha - Patacancha
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 2: Wacahuasi - Ipsaycocha - Patacancha

      After breakfast we started the walk going to our second camp this DAY started early as we climb through the open Ipsay appreciate the way in different rural communities and also different customs and they weave textiles for every DAY use . Arrive at the lagoon where will Ipsaycocha lunch, after a nap continue to the town of Patacancha where we spend the second night.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Patacancha - Willoq - Ollantaytambo.
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Patacancha - Willoq - Ollantaytambo.

      After breakfast we continue our trek to the small population of people with original customs Willoq also pass through small towns in the course of our walk we will see the archaeological remains of Qochapata and Pumamarca. At approximately 2:00 pm we arrive at the town of Ollantaytambo, after lunch we have free time until 7:30 pm after which board the train to Aguas Calientes we spend our last night in a hostel with private bathroom and hot water.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Machupicchu
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 4: Machupicchu

      Early will hike up the Inca city of Machu Picchu to see the sunrise and then have a guided tour of about 2:30 minutes and at 9:30 pm board the train return to Ollantaytambo then bus to Cusco.
