All ground transport in a private vehicle, including airport transfers, and hotel pick-ups and drop-offs.

Kathmandu: Breakfast is included at the hotel. Trekking: Meals during the trek are not included, allowing for personal choice at guesthouses.

Flights

Domestic Flights: Round-trip flights from Kathmandu or Manthali to Lukla and back. Flight Duration: Approximately 30-35 minutes each way.

Kathmandu: 3-Star Hotel (Hotel Holy Himalaya or similar), double/twin sharing, bed and breakfast basis. Trekking: Best available guesthouse accommodations, comfortable and clean.

Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal. They will escort you to your hotel where you can relax after your journey. In the evening, you will attend a pre-trip meeting where your trek leader will provide an overview of the trek, discuss necessary preparations, and address any last-minute questions or concerns you might have.

Early in the morning, you’ll take a scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. The 30-minute flight offers stunning views of the Himalayan peaks. Upon landing in Lukla, you’ll meet the rest of the trekking team and start your trek towards Phakding. The trail initially descends, taking you through vibrant villages, terraced fields, and lush forests, setting the stage for the adventures ahead. After an 8 km trek, you’ll reach Phakding where you’ll spend the night in a comfortable teahouse.

The final leg involves a steep climb to Namche Bazaar, where you’ll be rewarded with your first glimpse of Everest. You’ll spend the night in Namche, acclimatizing to the higher altitude.
