  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival At Kigali And Transfer At Your Hotel.

      Day 1: Arrival At Kigali And Transfer At Your Hotel.

      After transfer from the Hotel, you will need to explore the city of Kigali with visits to landmarks from colonial, post-independence, genocide and post-genocide times. Make a visit to the Genocide memorial, Campaign Against Genocide museum, visit to the local market, art gallery visit, Kandt House Museum, Camp Kigali memorial as well as visit to Nyamirambo. Overnight in Kigali. 

  • Day 2 Day 2: Buhanga Forest

      Day 2: Buhanga Forest

      Morning transfer to Musanze for Buhanga forest visit.Located in Nyakinama about 8 kilometers west of Musanze town, Buhanga Sacred Forest is exceptionally a hidden  secret in Rwanda.  For magical safari in Rwanda, consider visiting Buhanga Forest  while you are on a safari to Africa. It features not only its spectacular flora but also credited for cultural traditions that are linked to it. The forest straddles within a 31 hectares of land and it acts as an important ecological site in Rwanda. In Kinyarwanda, Buhanga means creation and the belief has it that the creation of Rwanda began from this point.

      The first King of Rwanda known as Gihanga is famous to have lived in this area to form the Kingdom of Rwanda. Due to this, all the kings of Rwanda prior the fall of the monarchy used to conduct ritual in the forest that made it a sacred ground and feared among the locals. Its sacred touch has left it intact even when Rwanda is encountering lots of land fragmentation and scarcity. The forest is currently covered by drago and ficus trees which feature spectacular canopy where most of Rwanda tour undertakers find a tranquil environment to walk under. Guided forest walks are carried out along the paths that are made of Lava stones. In conclusion, a visit to Buhanga Forest rewards visitors with amazing experiences of lifetime.       Day 3: Golden Monkey Excursion.

      Morning check in at the Volcanoes National Park offices to see the Golden Monkeys. It is now believed the only feasible population of these Golden Monkeys resides only in Volcanoes National Park. They are beautiful and endangered primates which have become quite habituated to humans, making it possible to observe them closely. After lunch at the Lodge, relax or visit the twin lakes or some local communities.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Or Mgahinga National Park

      Day 4: Transfer To Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Or Mgahinga National Park

      Breakfast at 6:00 am then depart from hotel to go through the undulating hills of Rwanda and south western Uganda until we reach the fascinating rain forest of Bwindi. Overnight at Buhoma tented lodge. En-route will have lunch at local restaurant.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Gorilla Trekking
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 5: Gorilla Trekking

      Early breakfast then we transfer to the park offices. After completing our park formalities, we are embark on a once in a life time experience of tracking mountain gorillas in the impenetrable forest. The trekking may take a whole day but itโ€™s a guarantee to see gorillas there. Overnight at Buhoma.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Transfer To Kigali International Airport
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 6: Transfer To Kigali International Airport

      Breakfast at 6:00 am then transfer to Kigali; en-route visit , local markets, souvenir shops. .

      This Package requires a minimum of 3 people.  Excludes Gorilla Trekking Fee in Rwanda if you want to do the trekking in Rwanda, airfare, visas, Tips, laundry, beverages and other personal expenses.
