Guide

All tours and transfers as per the itinerary will be conducted in a private vehicle accompanied by an English-speaking guide. For groups larger than six people, an accompanying tour guide will be provided for the entire group. Accommodations for the additional guide will be arranged separately.

Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, complete customs formalities. You will be welcomed by an MTA representative who can also meet you at your hotel, if preferred. After obtaining your visa, you will be transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. Check into your reserved room and enjoy an overnight stay.

Day 2 Kathmandu

Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel. Visit the imposing Boudhanath Stupa, surrounded by a vibrant Buddhist community. Explore the lively markets of Ason, Indra Chowk, and Machendra Bahal. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Day 3 Kathmandu - Paro (International Flight)

Take a morning flight to Paro (2,250 m). In the afternoon, visit the Paro Dzong, an imposing structure on a high ridge, followed by a visit to Ta Dzong, a circular watchtower that now serves as the National Museum. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Paro.

After breakfast, embark on a trek to the Taktsang Monastery (3,120 m), also known as "The Tiger’s Nest," one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in the Himalayas. In the afternoon, continue to Thimphu (2,320 m), with a photo stop at Tschogang Lhakhang temple. Dinner and overnight stay in Thimphu.

In the afternoon, visit Changgangkha Temple, followed by the Thimphu Zoo, home to the rare takin, Bhutan’s national animal. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
