All guests travelling with Trafalgar through December 31, 2022 are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, which may include a booster shot to keep the vaccination status current and valid, depending on the travel destination. Children not eligible for vaccination and/or booster at the time of travel must provide a verifiable and negative Covid-19 test result, taken within 72 hours prior to the start of the tour (taking time zones into consideration) for all tours departing until December 31, 2022. Sheridan: Learn about the early 20th-century history of the old town of Sheridan with an exclusive dinner at PO News and Flagstaff Café. Sheridan: Admire Devils Tower, a geological monolith that seems to rise up out of the prairie. The Aerial Tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort rises 4,139 vertical feet to the summit of Rendezvous Mountain. Take in 360-degree views of the Tetons, Jackson Hole, the Snake River Valley, Grand Teton National Park and the staggering summit of the Grand. Black Hills: Contribute to the preservation of the heritage of Native Americans during a visit to the Crazy Horse Memorial. This iconic monument represents the Oglala Lakota warrior 'Crazy Horse' on land considered sacred, in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Mount Rushmore: We’ll visit Mount Rushmore National Memorial, where you can view the faces of four of America’s most important presidents, dramatically etched into the granite rock face. Carved into the face of Mount Rushomore are the faces of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt. Black Hills: Enjoy an evening at the Black Hills Pow Wow, one of the premier American Indian cultural events in the United States, attracting hundreds of dancers, singers, artisans and several thousand spectators. The Snake River is a lifeline to the park’s bison, elk, moose, beaver, pronghorn, deer, bear and 300 different species of birds, including osprey and eagles. Your experienced guide offers in-depth information on the geology of the Grand Tetons and the habitats of the animals you may see.
