Day 1: Arrival day - Peรฑas Blancas Border
Pass By: Isla de Ometepe, Isla de Ometepe, Rivas Department
Welcome to Nicaragua Land of Lakes and Volcanoes! You arrive at Peรฑas Blancas border, after migrations and customs procedures you are welcome by a representative from Vapues Tours, then you are transferred to San Jorge Port to embark on the ferry and continue to Ometepe Island. Rest of the day at leisure.

Accommodation included: Overnight in Hotel Charco Verde located in the Charco Verde Natural Reserve.
Day 2: Ometepe Nature Experience
Stop At: Isla de Ometepe, Isla de Ometepe, Rivas Department
Your Ometepe nature experience starts at the Peรฑa Inculta nature reserve where you see lava rocks overgrown by primary forest, home to white-faced monkeys, howler monkeys, squirrels, iguanas, bats and many birds. After hiking the reserve for approximately 45 minutes, you visit Hacienda Finca Magdalena, a community-run farm founded in 1888, where you get insight into the process of organic coffee cultivation. A short hike brings you to a site with remnants of pre-Columbian times. Your last stop is Ojo de Agua, a pristine natural spring surrounded by dense forest.

Day 3: Transfer to San Juan del Sur
Pass By: San Juan del Sur, San Juan del Sur, Rivas Department
Today you are transferred to Moyogalpa Port, from here you embark on the ferry back to San Jorge Port and head to your next destination, San Juan del Sur!

Day 4: Leisure day in San Juan del Sur
Pass By: San Juan del Sur, San Juan del Sur, Rivas Department
Leisure day to explore San Juan del Sur town on your own or enjoy the beach. This former fisherman's town offers a variety of gastronomic options!
