      6:30 - 7:00 โ€“ Our driver and tour guide will come and pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi to depart for Sapa. 10:00 โ€“ Follow the highway to Lao Cai City with a comfortable short break on the way to Sapa. 13:00 โ€“ Arrive at Sapa town and be amazed by the colorful traditional costumes of Hโ€™mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic people. Enjoy welcome drinks and itinerary briefing. Then, have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes before the hotel check-in. First start of 6km of walking down to the south east of Sapa along the side of Muong Hoa valley to Y Linh Ho village of the Black Hโ€™mong. Continue a 2km-trekking down to Lao Chai village, through terraced rice fields to Ta Van village of the Dzay minority people. Lunch at a local family, it gives you a worth chance for you to learn about the local house architecture which is full of their daily life styles and exclusive custom. Enjoy the landscapesโ€ฆon the way. Last trek is about 2Km to the bus stop in Tavan then get back to Sapa by jeep or minivan.. Overnight in Sapa

      A walk down to the South-west of Sapa (around 4 km) to visit Cat Cat village of the Black Hโ€™mong. Relax at the food of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by the French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river, and then next 3 km to Sin Chai, the village located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, โ€œthe roof of Vietnam and Indochinaโ€. From here you can enjoy huge stunning landscapes before climbing up on the way a jeep to return to Sapa. Have a break 20 minutes en-route to free your legs. - Arrive at Hoa Lu, which was once depicted the ancient capital of Viet Nam, settling up in the 10th century.  - Visit temples of two dynasties of Dinh and Le with a very unique architectures in the old time.  - Learn about ancient culture through an excavation of vestiges of Royal Palaces ground dated 10th century.  12:30 Arrive Tam Coc. Relax and enjoy lunch in a nice restaurant nearby. - Board the sampan boats in Tam Coc going along river among the villages, mountains and rice fields. Visit Temples of Literature constructed in 1070 - dedicated to Confucius, sages and talented scholars. Buffet lunch with over 50 traditional and international foods.  In the afternoon:  Continue by bus to visit The Citadel and Thien Mu pagoda. Then get on the boat for a sight -seeing along the river to see fishing village and sampan on the way back. Do not miss the Sunset on the Perfume River!  05:00 pm: End of tour at the boat station.       At 8:00 a.m or 14:00 p.m: Our Guide will meet you at the hotelโ€™s lobby and start the tour. We will ride bicycle to Hoi Anโ€™s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure your camera is handy. We continue to cycle to Tra Que vegetable village where we will have a cooking class At Tra Que, we will have a welcome drink for rest. Then, we walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields, using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. You will relax with Foot herbal massage  After foot massage, itโ€™s time to cook lunch. We will go to the restaurant & work together with the chef.  With the instructions of the chef, we will learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. Those relics were made by red bricks which still surprises those who are curious about architectural art. Have chance to enjoy traditional music performed by Champa girls in their colorful uniforms. Leave My Son for Cao Lau boat station. Take a boat trip on Thu Bon River. Experience the lifestyle of local people and enjoy fresh air. Have lunch on the boat before stopping at Kim Bong Carpentry Village โ€“ The traditional country village. 2:30 pm: The boat trip finishes at Bach Dang Boat station. Finish tour, the driver transfers to Da Nang airport and take a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Arrive Ho Chi Minh, check in hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

      Breakfast take away. Pick up: 6:30 to 6:45 and Come back: 17:30 to 18:00 Pick up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Depart for Cai Be by car/van via Trung Luong Express Highway. On arrival in Cai Be, set off by motor boat to visit the Cai Be floating market and watch the locals trading fruit and many other commodities on board their vessels. Visit a small family business to see how coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn are made. Then wander into the small villages and visit the orchard and fruit plantation, accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music. Keep cruising to experience the charms of the Upper Mekong Delta, where you can immerse yourself in nature. Enjoy your cooking experience and learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Food cooked by yourself and fresh river food served in the heart of the garden. Relax in the hammocks to get back your energy. Cycle around the village path with fruit orchards and bonsai garden. Meet the local islanders to learn more about the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Take a boat ride back to Cai Be and meet your bus for the trip back to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Sai Gon

      Breakfast at your hotel Pick up: 7:30 to 8:15 and Come back: 18:30 the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. Have lunch at local restaurant. Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerillaโ€™s food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun. Return to Saigon Overnight in Sai Gon
