      8.00- 8.30: Get picked up by our friendly guide and start to explore Hanoi City  08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake  It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century. 09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of  Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy โ€“ It is the most unique padoga in the world Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodasโ€ฆ Ho Chi Minhโ€™s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays.  Ho Chi Minhโ€™s Mausoleum is closed at least 2 months (15thJune -15thAugust) for the annual maintaining but still can take picture Mausoleum and visit around that area 11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam Special Note : we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays 12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all.       Duration: 01 day Location:  Moc village, Ba Vi district, Hanoi (About 68km from central Hanoi city, about 1.5 hours by car) Highlight: Harvesting tea leaves on a traditional, 30-year-old Tea Plantation Cooking with a friendly local host Visiting local workshops in the village Cycling across the rice field and villages Traditional Foot Soak with herbs following the traditional recipes of Muong ethnic minority 08:00 โ€“ Private guide and car pick you up at your hotel/residence. 09:30 โ€“ Arrive to Ri village where you will start the trip at your hostโ€™s house with a welcome drink. Meet Duoc (Mr.) โ€“ a Vietnam War veteran and tea-farm owner who tells historical stories with his own experience. 10:00 โ€“ Follow Duoc to his vast tea-farm and learn how to harvest tea leaves. This is a green and peaceful place where you can enjoy beautiful scenery of the village. You may then help him pick tea leaves, and be shown how to collect the best part of the tea tree to make the most wonderful beverage of Vietnam โ€“ the traditional tea. Carry on with the process of producing tea at his small workshop, most of the works there are manual. 11:15 โ€“ Have a ten-minute drive to visit another host family in Moc village where you will enjoy a fun cooking class with Chin (Mrs.). She will show you how to cook some Vietnamese dishes and you will then enjoy lunch with food you helped cook. 13:30 โ€“ Stroll around the village and visit some local families to understand rural lifestyle and learn how tofu, conical hat and other local products are made. 14:45 โ€“ Enjoy a cycling trip through beautiful paddy fields and interact with local farmers by chance. 15:30 โ€“ Wrap up your countryside tour by a traditional foot bathing in warm water with herbs, following the traditional recipes of Muong ethnic minority. After the visit, you will have lunch in the ancient home and have a cheery conversation with the family owner.

This morning you will be met at your hotelโ€™s lobby by our local host who will lead you to the local market where not many tourists know. The best way to see the real culture is to ride the bicycle with our local host, so please not to be ready for this. Our local host will take you around and explain you a lot of kinds of cooking spice and how Vietnamese cooks our healthy meal. Arriving to the local family, you will enjoy the basket boat around the water palm garden in front of the house just for fun before you do the hand-on cooking with our local chef. For our Vietnamese cooking, you will learn how to make green papaya salad, Hoian spring rolls, and Hoian special pancake, fish in the clay-pot or chicken with lemon grass. You might be overwhelmed by how resilient Vietnamese people are during the fight and the considerably hard life in such a narrow tunnel underground.
