      Fly to Hanoi. Upon arrival, after clearing all the immigration procedures and get your luggage, meet our driver will be holding a sign with your name at the exit gate and welcome you at Noi Bai International airport, transferred to your hotel for check in (time for check in: 14.00, early check in is not includes). 

      Relaxing at hotel and you are free to wandering around the streets of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake.

      08.45: Arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake 

      It is the oldest pagoda in Ha Noi built in the 6th century.

      09.30: Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, you have a chance to see the embalmed body of  Ho Chi Minh then walk around the garden to see 2 houses where he lived & worked from 1954 to 1969. Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Godess of Mercy โ€“ It is the most unique padoga in the world

      Should dress modestly by covering from shoulders to knees when visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, temples, pagodasโ€ฆ

      11.15: Visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam

      12.45: Have lunch at our restaurant. You have an opportunity to enjoy Vietnamese cuisine 

      with 8 delicious dishes.

      14.00-14.15 : Continue to visit Temple of Literature โ€“ the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century 

      15.15: Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton

      16.15 -16.30: Tour finishes. Back to hotel.

      Our guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at lobby of hotel at 8.20 - 8.45AM and start journey east to Halong Bay, through picturesque rice-farming villages of the Red River Delta, where we see every day Vietnamese village life. On arrival, we board a beautiful traditional junk and spend a full day and night cruising the bayโ€™s 3000 magnificent limestone islets. In the evening when the boat is anchored in the middle of the stunning lagoon, we enjoy a wonderful seafood meal and later there is opportunity for an evening swim from the side of the boat. Spend the night on boat.

      Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the sunrise over the bayโ€™s towering islands. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for breakfast then take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Halong. Have brunch on board the boat before returning to Halong pier to get back Hanoi. 

      The our car will transfer you to the airport for flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up and transfer to hotel in Hoi An for check in. Overnight in Hoi An.

      Spend a leisurely day cycling through the scenic countryside of Vietnam, where the noise of the city a distant memory. 

      9:30 After passing through the town and along quiet roads, you will go to Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs including mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli among others. More than 40 hectares of land and 8 tons of Tra Que vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, instead they rely on a seaweed found in the local river that is harvested by boat every morning.

      10:00 At Tra Que village you will be warmly welcomed by Mr.Minh and his family โ€“ a 3 generation family - with a refreshing basil juice. After the welcome drink you could stroll through the village and meet local people who work in the garden.

      11:00 The local farmers will teach you their cultivation methods, and how to protect developing vegetables from the insects. You will also join the farmers in gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting, and tending greens.

      After working on the farm you can enjoy a traditional therapeutic foot bath with medicinal herbs. 

      Your next adventure is to prepare lunch with a local family. You will learn how to make โ€™Tam Huuโ€™ spring rolls and โ€™Banh Xeoโ€™ pancakes, which you will then be able to enjoy with other local Vietnamese delicacies.

      13:30 After lunch you will be able to take a short rest before returning to the town. 

      Rest of the days is free at your own to explore Hoi An old town, you can visit the lovely old house, still occupied by the descendants of the merchants who built it over 200 years ago, the elaborate Japanese Bridge and the bustling market.

      Today, it is time for you to explore art and handicraft galleries, try on clothes tailor-made, relax at the riverside restaurants or take the short journey to the nearby beach.

      *In the evening, Hoi An offers a charming atmosphere with various attractions to explore. Here are my recommendations for places to visit in the evening:

      1. Hoi An Ancient Town: Take a leisurely stroll through the beautifully lit streets of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the lantern-filled alleys, ancient buildings, and vibrant riverside. Donโ€™t miss the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge and the bustling Night Market.

      2. Riverside Restaurants: Enjoy a delightful dining experience at one of the many riverside restaurants. Indulge in delicious Vietnamese cuisine while enjoying the scenic views of the Thu Bon River. The riverside area becomes even more magical in the evening with lanterns reflecting on the water.

      3. Night Market: Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Hoi An Night Market. Browse through a wide range of stalls selling handicrafts, souvenirs, clothing, and local street food. Itโ€™s a great place to shop for unique gifts and immerse yourself in the local culture.

      4. Traditional Cultural Performances (Ky Uc Hoi An): Catch a traditional performance at one of the cultural centers in Hoi An. Experience captivating shows featuring traditional music, dance, and storytelling that showcase the rich heritage of the region.

      5. Boat Ride on the Thu Bon River: Embark on a relaxing boat ride along the Thu Bon River. Enjoy the peaceful ambiance and admire the illuminated lanterns along the riverbanks. Itโ€™s a wonderful way to take in the beauty of Hoi An at night.

      โ€ขWe start the day (8.15am) with a welcome drink at Hai Scout Cafรฉ (98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hoi An Ancient Town, 

      Tel: 0235 3863210) โ€“ our meeting point.

      โ€ข Visit Hoi Anโ€™s colourful main market, and experience its amazing sights, sounds and aromas. We will have the 

      opportunity to interact with the local sellers, to see and taste the wonderful variety of foods on display.

      โ€ข We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking 

      School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.

      โ€ข On arrival, we explore the cooking schoolโ€™s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi Anโ€™s and 

      Vietnamโ€™s best-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours โ€“ each dish is first demonstrated by the Red 

      Bridge chefโ€™s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. 

      Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).

      After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.

      At 07.30 โ€“ 08:00: Pick you up at your hotel, begin the journey to Hue by crossing one of the best coastal roads in the world, the Hai Van Pass . And take 5 minutes to take photos at Lang Co Beach.

      Upon arrival, visit the Khai Dinh Tomb, โ€“ a blend of Western and Eastern architecture.

      At 12:30: Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant 

      At 13:30: Continue to Hueโ€™s main attraction, the Imperial Citadel - the administrative and the political center  of the Nguyen dynasty and the home of the king and the royal family. 

      At 15:00: Explore Thien Mu Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Hue City

      At 16:00: Drop you off at hotel in Hue.

      07.20 - 07.40 tour guide pick you up at hotel. Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known at the Reunification palace, was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace. The Independence palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeingthe beautiful structures from the French Colonial times such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum the museum has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.

      Have lunch at local restaurant.

      Depart for Cu Chi tunnel, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the war time. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerillaโ€™s food during the war) will be served.

      Break time for relax or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun (optional with your expense)

      07.20 - 07.40, get picked up and take a smooth one-and-half-hour bus ride through rice field scenery along National Highway 1 brings you to the beautiful rural district of Trung Luong.

      On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. 

      Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant, then visit the coconut candy mill and take an amazing rowing boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals. Then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.

      Meet at the bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City.
