Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Irkutsk. Free day in the city. Briefing with the guide.

Group transfer from the airport at 11:00. If you arrive later, we can suggest for you the individual transfer. Please, let us know the number of your flight and the arrival time. *Transfer outside the program is for supplement.

Accommodation included: Overnight in the hotel situated in the city centre (twin rooms).

Day 2: Transfer to Olkhon Island - the first meeting with Lake Baikal. Walking tour of the Khujir village.

Stop At: Cape Burkhan/Shamanka Rock, Western bank of Olkhon island, Olkhon Island 666137 Russia
We will stop in the sacred place for blandishing the main Baikal spirit - Burhan. Our guide will tell you about all peculiarities of this tradition.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 3: First day of the Crossing - we start from the Khoboy Cape till BaikalIceCamp (25 km max with pulka for your belongings).

Day 4: Day in the Camp: in the middle of lake Baikal - hokkey, Ice banya (sauna), bar and the purest Baikal ices.

Day 5: Second part of the trekking on ice till the Chivirkuy bay (the eastern coast). Transfer to the guest house by 4x4.

We will cross the lake till it's eastern coast.

Day 6: Transfer to Ulan-Ude city - the capital of the Buriat republic. Tour to Ivolginskiy datsan. Night train to Irkutsk.

Ivolginsky datsan is a place serving the most important place of worship in Buryatia and the centre of Buddhism in Russia, located in a beautiful steppe.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 7: Arrival to Irkutsk in the morning and transfer to the airport.
