      Breakfast. Optionally you can make a full day visit to the magnificent city of Istanbul knowing in the part historical to the Basilica of Santa Sofia, culmination of Byzantine art, and the pearl of Istanbul; we will also visit the famous Palace from Topkapi, residence of the Ottoman sultans for four centuries, including the treasure and holy relics. At noon we will enjoy a typical Lunch in a local restaurant in the Sultanahmet area and we will continue with the visit to the Blue Mosque, a prodigy of harmony, proportion and elegance; and the Hippodrome that preserves the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Column Serpentine, the Fountain of Emperor William and the Egyptian Obelisk at the end of the afternoon we will visit the famous Grand Bazaar where we will enjoy free time to lose ourselves among its 4 thousand stores. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

      Breakfast at the hotel. Visit this fascinating region and original landscape, formed by the lava thrown by the Erciyes volcanoes and Hasan 3 million years ago. We will visit the Gรถreme valley, an incredible Byzantine monastic complex made up of churches carved out of the rock with beautiful frescoes. Next, we will visit the Avcilar Valley and the Pasabagi Valleys and GฯŒvercinlik where you can admire the best view of the volcanic forms called "fairy chimneys". We will visit the typical workshops of onix and turquoise carpets and stones. Dinner at the hotel and lodging.

Arrival and visit to Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic city that today is in ruins. Visit to the famous Castle of cotton, natural wonder of gigantic white waterfalls, stalactites and Natural Pools formed over the centuries by the passage of waters loaded with calcareous salts from thermal springs. Next, we will make one of the star visits, the spice bazaar, built by the Ottomans 5 centuries ago and used ever since. Our included visit ends at the bazaar where you can enjoy its atmosphere and variety of shops. In the afternoon you can optionally make a visit with lunch to the Asian part of the city knowing the โ€œBeylerbeyโ€ palace, Eyup neighborhood, Pierre Loti cafรฉ. Golden Horn. Return to the hotel and accommodation.

At the scheduled time we will set sail for Esna. We will cross the Esna lock and continue sailing towards Edfu. Night on board.

At dawn we will leave for Mount Moses or Mount Sinai (Mount Horeb) of 2,285 m. high where the Prophet Moses received from God the Tables of the Law while the Hebrew people camped at the foot of the mountain. From the top of the mount we will be able to see the sunrise and the Monte deSaint Catherine which is the highest summit of the peninsula with 2,637 m. Going down from the mountain we will visit the Saint Catherine Monastery (if possible) located at 1,570 m. tall with its impressive walls built between 527 and 565 by order of Emperor Justinian on the biblical site of the burning bush. The monastery it owes its name to Saint Catherine, an Alexandrian martyr who died in 395, whose body, carried by angels, would be discovered 5 centuries later on the top of the mountain that bears his name. It is the smallest diocese in the world and the monastery in activity oldest. Its library has the oldest manuscripts in the world after the Vatican. Return to the hotel and on time planned departure to the border point where we will leave Egypt. Arrival in Arava via Eilat, transfer to the Jordanian border. Entry to Jordan โ€œAravaโ€ after completion of immigration formalities. Continuation to Petra. Accommodation in Petra.
