Day 1: Calama Airport - San Pedro de Atacama - Moon Valley

Stop At: Valle De La Luna, San Pedro de Atacama Chile
Reception at Calama Airport and transfer to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama.
In the afternoon, departure from the hotel to the Moon Valley (04:00pm Subject to confirmation).The tour is an imaginary trip to landscapes that does not belong to our world, but to other planets. We continue to the Moon Valley, where we will find geological formations that are the result of successive foldings of the earth's crust. In the valley is possible to appreciate the salt sculptures known as Las Tres Marias, formed by wind erosion. Continuing with the tour we will walk through the interior of the caves that remain from the old deposits, to get closer to valley where is the Big Dune. After a break, we will climb this dune, which impresses with its size and is used for extreme sports as snowboarding At sunset, a bold palette of golds and reds appear, touching the soul and sensibilities of the visitor. Return to hotel.

Day 2: San Pedro de Atacama - Puritama Hot Spring

Stop At: Termas Banos de Puritama, Ruta B-245 km. 28, San Pedro de Atacama Chile
Breakfast. Morning is at leisure
Departure at 04:30pm heading northeast from San Pedro de Atacama, 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) away, we will find the Puritama river. Thanks to the sectorโ€™s volcanic activity, the temperature of the waters that flow from the mountain range rises, turning this place into one of the most sought out tourism sites in the sector. In addition, the place has all the necessary services for a comfortable visit and, thus, nature gives us the possibility of enjoying this landscape, In this canyon, where the Puritama river flows, we find one of the richest places in terms of plants and wildlife of the sector that surrounds the town of San Pedro de Atacama. Pampas grasses create a border between the water and the rest of the landscape. At the salt bushes, several bird species, such as the Grey-hooded Sierra-finch, the Scale-throated Earthcreeper, and the Grassland Yellow-finch, among others, provide us with the ideal scenery to fully enjoy nature.

Day 3: San Pedro de Atacama - Altiplanic Lagoons - Atacama Salt Flat - San Pedro de Atacama

Stop At: Laguna Chaxa, Reserna Nacional los Flamencos, San Pedro de Atacama Chile
Breakfast. Departure at 08:30 am. In this excursion, we will go through the path to the Altiplano in order to visit the Miscanti and Miรฑiques Lagoons, located more than 4,200 meters above the sea level and surrounded by great and imposing volcanoes from the Andes Mountain Range and flora and fauna in their natural environment. We will continue to Chaxa Lagoon, scenery and beautiful landscape, divided into several water mirrors where a great number of flamingoes and other birds such as Andean Flamingoes. Finally, before we return, while the landscape features marvelous views of the Licancabur and Lascar Volcanoes, we will visit Toconao with a typical colonial architecture, San Lucas Church, the first National Monument. Return to the hotel.

Day 4: San Pedro de Atacama - Tatio Geysers - San Pedro de Atacama - Calama Airport - Santiago

Stop At: Geyser del Tatio, 174a Caracoles, San Pedro de Atacama 1410000 Chile
Departure at 5:00am from the hotel. Subject to confirmation. We leave at dawn from San Pedro de Atacama Hotel to go to the Tatio Geysers, a geothermal center with geysers that can only be seen very early in the morning. After seeing this spectacular sight in a magnificent natural setting, we eat breakfast. On the way back, we see the majestic Andes Mountain Range, whose peaks seem close enough to touch. We then arrive at Machuca, a small llama herder settlement. The village is filled with adobe houses with thatched roofs. Green wetlands lend a special charm. Return to the hotel.

Day 5: Santiago - Easter Island - Mataveri Airanport - Arrival

Pass By: Easter Island, Easter Island
Arrival in the Easter Island Airport. Reception in the Airport with a flower necklace and transfer to your selected hotel. The afternoon is at leisure.

Day 6: Easter Island

Stop At: Hanga Kioe, Easter Island Chile
Departing from HangaRoa's town at about 9:30 am, going to the southeastern and northeastern coast of the Island visiting the AhuVaihu temple, which is located 10 km from HangaRoa. It consists of a stone platform with 8Moai statues and 8 pukao dispersed in the proximities. Then, we will go to AhuAkahanga, so- called the "Platform of the king". The legend tells that HotuMatua'a's tomb is near this place. There, we will find 4 platforms, 12 Moai statues, 8 Pukao and towards the interior of this Ahu; it is possible to see the best-preserved village of the island.

Day 7: Easter Island

Stop At: Easter Island, Easter Island
Today, we will visit the Ana Kai Tangata natural cave where it is possible to appreciate some rupestrian art representing birds such as the manutara, and where it is possible to watch waves breaking upon the cliff. We will continue our tour by visiting the RanoKau volcano where we will be able to see the largest crater on the Island and one of the largest sweet water reservation of the area. Finally, we will visit the Orongo Ceremonial Village, old and magnificent ceremonial city located in the western side of the RanoKau volcano. It features 53 elliptical houses made of sandstone and a small square window looking to the sea. In this place, the most important ceremony of the second period of Easter Island was carried out: the election of the Tangata Manu (Bird-Man), this ceremony stopped being performed 150 years ago, due to the arrival of the first Christian missioners. We will return to the village.
