      Upon our arrival in Kathmandu, we will arrange for airport pickup and transfer to our hotel. The rest of the day will be at leisure, allowing us to relax and explore at our own pace. In the evening, weโ€™ll enjoy a welcome dinner accompanied by cultural performances. Overnight stay at the hotel.

      Day 2: Sightseeing In Kathmandu: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath And Bauddhanath

      After breakfast, we begin our sightseeing tour by exploring several UNESCO World Heritage Sites within Kathmandu. First, we visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a remarkable display of Nepalese art and architecture, reflecting the grandeur of the Malla dynasty that ruled Nepal from the 12th to 18th centuries. Next, we head to Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple, famous for the large population of monkeys inhabiting the area. We then visit Pashupatinath Temple, located along the banks of the Bagmati River, which is one of the most significant shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. Finally, we explore the majestic Bauddhanath Stupa, one of the largest in South Asia, historically situated on the ancient trade route to Tibet.

      After breakfast, weโ€™ll embark on a sightseeing tour to explore some of Kathmanduโ€™s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Our first stop is Kathmandu Durbar Square, a stunning display of Nepalese art and architecture, characteristic of the Malla dynasty that ruled Nepal from the 12th to the 18th century. Next, weโ€™ll visit Swayambhunath Temple, affectionately known as the Monkey Temple due to the many monkeys that inhabit the area. Weโ€™ll then head to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most significant temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on the banks of the Bagmati River. Our final destination is the magnificent Bauddhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in South Asia, historically situated along the ancient trade route to Tibet.

      We visit Bhaktapur, a captivating city where an authentic local lifestyle has been preserved for centuries, away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu. In the city square, we marvel at the Nyata-Pola Temple, the Golden Gate, water spouts, and the 55 Window Palace, all of which come together to create the enchanting atmosphere of an outdoor theater. Weโ€™ll also indulge in the local delicacies of Bhaktapur, immersing ourselves in its rich culinary traditions. Next, we explore Changu Narayan, the oldest temple in the Kathmandu Valley and the oldest pagoda-style building in Nepal. Our day concludes with a visit to Nagarkot, a village in Bhaktapur perched at 7,200 feet, offering breathtaking Himalayan vistas. Famous for its sunrise and sunset views, we can visit Nagarkot at your preferred time to witness these stunning moments over the Himalayas.

      After breakfast, we head to the southern part of Kathmandu. Our first stop is the Dakshinkali Temple, nestled within a forest and dedicated to the goddess Dakshinkali, one of the most revered Hindu deities. This temple attracts many pilgrims who come to offer prayers. Next, we visit Chobhar, renowned for its impressive gorge through which all the water of the valley drains, as well as its extensive network of natural mountain caves. We then proceed to Pharping, a site rich with Buddhist and Hindu monuments, temples, and monasteries. Our journey continues to Kirtipur, a historic town perched atop a hill in the valley. Here, weโ€™ll find Tribhuvan University, Nepalโ€™s largest and oldest university, serving as a key center of learning. Kirtipur is also home to numerous fascinating sights, including ancient shrines, temples, traditional houses, and locals working on age-old looms. After a day of exploration, we return to Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Sightseeing Budhanilkantha And Shivapuri

      Day 6: Sightseeing Budhanilkantha And Shivapuri

      Today, we journey to the northern part of the Kathmandu Valley. After breakfast, weโ€™ll drive to Budhanilkantha, where a colossal statue of Lord Vishnu reclining on a bed of snakes rests at the base of Shivapuri Hill. This sacred site is a significant pilgrimage destination for Hindus. Continuing north from Budhanilkantha, we travel along a dusty road that leads into Shivapuri National Park, a popular trekking area for both locals and visitors. Within the park, youโ€™ll find a Buddhist nunnery nestled amidst the serene environment. The dirt road winds through the jungle, ascending through the villages of Dandagaon and Gurje Bhanjyang, eventually revealing breathtaking panoramic views of mountains, distant hills, and valleys. After crossing the hilltop, a short descent takes us to the tranquil Shivapuri Village. Weโ€™ll return to Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Final Departure
