Walking on its captivating sidewalks will be the best thing and taking a trip to the Spanish mosque and the suitable sunset viewing space should not be left out.

The ruins are vast in area and spread among picturesque green fields. It has impressive administrative buildings, palaces, and baths with beautiful mosaics. Then we will continue to Meknes one of the imperial cities. We will have a short tour of the city and lunch break before we continue to Fez for the overnight.

We will do sightseeing in the cultural and religious capital of the Kingdom. The desert is the place for us today. It is the beginning of our journey and its one of the highlights of this 10 days tour from Tangier. In the morning, we pack up and get into a car that will take us to Merzouga, which is, probably, the longest drive, that will be around 7hours, but there are beautiful scenes which will make us forget about how long the trip takes. However, on our way there we will stop at Ifrane known Europe beyond great nature, parks with lakes and chalets, a ski resort, and hardly any-snow in winter give it the nickname “Moroccan Switzerland.” In the environment of Ifrane, I am excited that we will be able to jump in the scene of mighty Atlas cedars and to spend time playing with wild monkeys on the way to Azrou. Monkeys seem to be happy, they like tummy scratches, when they get satisfy.Lunch stop in Midelt. Likewise, the segment of our way will pass the gorge and the valley of the Ziz River which is in a close proximity to Er-Rashidia where the change of landscape to desert starts.

In the morning, after your breakfast, we will meet the driver and get ready to have a 4×4 excursion in the dunes, and to be surprised more by this so that it makes us have a cup of tea with the Nomads and look at their way of living in the desert. Later after we had been having breakfast, we will drive to Merzouga and continue to Dades. While on our way to Merzouga, we’ll travel via Rissani, a place famous for its “the fossil factory”, where you can see those many fossils for which the region is so abundant. After approximately 3 hours, we will make a period to admire the landscape with an incredible old town of Tinghir in the background on the way to the palm oasis. After that, we will move to see Todra Gorge. It is the famous canyon. Altogether we will have a lunch in a restaurant and restaurant. We go on our way through Dades happening to be a magnificent village.

Day 8 Dades – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

It is where emerald palm trees abound and tangled up by many streams that cut through the oasis. Further your journey onward to Ouarzazate, which is 30-minute drive down the road. This city has a long history in this country as many important movies were shot here, so it is even called “the Hollywood of Morocco”. Kasbah Taurirt is one of the history sites in the city, it is where we can visit the Kashbah. Then we can visit the Cinema Museum, then finish our visit at the Atlas film studio. After that we will take a little drive to the Ait Ben Hadou; a UNESCO site-noted place preferred by the many visitors because it was where the Game Of Thrones was shot. With total duration of 45 min, we will move to Marrakesh, through the Atlas Mountains most prominent top, Tizi n-Tishka at an altitude of 2260 meters(We can skip stops, this part won’t take more than 3.5-4 hours). We will be getting out of the bus and taking pictures during the trip. This picturesque road stands for one of the most scenic routes in Morocco displaying a lush green corridor friending the adobe villages and the remains of the ancient kasbahs. Then, we’re on our way to the Marrakech. Well, we can go for a little while to the hotel, and you have the chance to spend your free time on your own.
