  • Day 1 Hanoi - Lang Son - Cao Bang (Lunch / Dinner)

      Get pick-up by your guide and start your adventure to Cao Bang. Stop in Lang Son to visit Chi Lang Gate โ€“ a historical relic of Vietnam which relates to the fight of Vietnamese people against Chinese invasion for thousand years.

       Continue to Dong Dang and stop to visit Motherโ€™s Temple then Dong Khe โ€“ an important historical site where The Battle of Dong Khe was fought during the First Indochina War.

      After lunch, move further to Cao Bang on mountainous roads but offering breath-taking landscape. Arrive your homestay at an incense-making village.

      Day starts with the epic Ban Gioc Waterfall and get a brief introduction of this Worldโ€™s fourth biggest border waterfall lying in between Vietnam and mainland China.


      First, pay a visit to Nguom Ngao Cave โ€“ also known as Tiger Cave with a lot of unique and beautiful shapes of staglamites and staclatites. Move further to Ban Gioc Falls after 1-hour exploration inside the cave.

      Upon arrival the waterfall, take a fun boat ride close to the waterfall to discover its unique location and beauty. Now time for you to enjoy your memorable time and take a lot of photos.


      Say goodbye to Cao Bang and head for Ba Be National Park. Stop on the way at Phuoc Sen Village. This is home to the Nung tribal natives and get to learn the painstaking process behind their traditional knife-making technique. Arrive your homestay of Tay people late in the afternoon.

      Today, enjoy one final gourmet breakfast before embarking on a 2.5-hour journey around the lake. Stop for a short walk to observe Cam Village, which is packed with true fresh nature, friendly locals, and a small school erected at the lakeโ€™s end. 


      After that, continue along the Nang River to Puong Cave, which is packed with spectacular chains of limestone stalactites and stalagmites, as well as intriguing bats. 


      End the boat trip at the wharf, where you say goodbye to Ba Be and return to Hanoi.
