We know how important hotels are on your trip. The hotels have been selected taking into consideration quality, price and location. They are located in the cities we visit, most of them not in the city center but all of them with easy access to public transportation nearby. Our accommodation is not based on luxury hotels. Please keep in mind that standards, bed sizes and room dimensions can vary between hotels of the same class in different locations. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom and TV. Some of them also offer a mini-bar, safe box, and hair dryer. Many hotels, mainly in North Europe, do not have air conditioning or local legislation establishes limited dates of use.

      Welcome! Upon arrival, weโ€™ll provide a transfer to the hotel, where youโ€™ll have some free time. In the afternoon, youโ€™ll receive information about the start of your tour, either in person or through the information signs located at the hotel reception.

      Today, weโ€™ll begin with a panoramic tour of Madrid, exploring the lively city center, the beautiful Plaza Mayor, and its grand avenues and fountains. During the tour, weโ€™ll also stroll through the gorgeous Retiro Park, an oasis in the heart of Madrid featuring elegant fountains, scenic promenades, and lush gardens. Additionally, weโ€™ll include admission to the Santiago Bernabรฉu Stadium home of Real Madrid, considered by many to be the best football club in the world. Youโ€™ll have free time in the afternoon. In the evening, weโ€™ll provide a transfer to Plaza Mayor.

      After breakfast, weโ€™ll set out for the regions of Castile and the Basque Country. In San Sebastiรกn, you can enjoy a leisurely walk along La Concha beach and savor some wine in the quaint old quarter. Youโ€™ll have some time for lunch. Weโ€™ll then continue to France, arriving in Bordeaux in the evening. We recommend taking a stroll through the city center.

On our return to Paris, weโ€™ll visit Montmartre, where a cable car (included) will take us up to this charming bohemian neighborhood, famous for its artists, painters, and cabarets. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Paris, weโ€™ll embark on a panoramic city tour with a local guide, showcasing the cityโ€™s impressive avenues and iconic monuments. Afterward, weโ€™ll return to the hotel. For those interested, there is an optional variety show in the evening.โ€‹

      Weโ€™ll start our day in central Paris, beginning with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. Youยดll have the chance to go up to the second floor of this famous iron landmark (tickets included). Afterwards, weโ€™ll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine, which will last approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Youโ€™ll have a free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we might reschedule the visit to a different time (or on Sunday) for your convenience.

      Today, weโ€™ll journey to the heart of France, passing through the Bourgogne region, renowned for its picturesque vineyards and world-class wines. Our first stop will be Beaune, a charming town in the center of Burgundy known for its flower-filled streets, hospice, and wine museum. After some free time for lunch and a walk, weโ€™ll continue to Lyon, the former capital of Roman Gaul, located on the banks of the Rhรดne River. Lyonยดs historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Weโ€™ll take a cable car up to Notre-Dame de Fourviรจre, where we can enjoy a stunning view of the city. Youโ€™ll have some free time to explore at your leisure.Note: In some cases, part of the group will stay in Chambรฉry, a city near Lyon. In these instances, weโ€™ll travel to Chambรฉry in the evening for an overnight stay. In the morning, youโ€™ll have time to visit this medieval-style city, the capital de la Saboya, known for its beautiful historic center and impressive castle.

      We have a wonderful day planned as we travel to Switzerland. In Geneva, our coach will pass by the Palace of Nations, the European headquarters of the United Nations, and the beautiful English Garden, where weโ€™ll see the famous flower clock and the Jet dโ€™Eau, the tallest fountain in Europe. After some free time to stroll around this Swiss city on the shores of its lake, weโ€™ll continue our journey toward the Alps, home to the highest peaks in Europe. After, a long tunnel under Mont Blanc will take us into Italy. Weโ€™ll arrive in Milan in the afternoon, where our guide will lead us to the impressive Piazza del Duomo. Youโ€™ll have time to stroll through the historic center.

      Weโ€™ll depart from Milan, traveling through the lush plains of the Po River. Weโ€™ll arrive in Venice around 1:00 p.m. and take a boat to the St. Markยดs area. In the afternoon, weโ€™ll enjoy a panoramic tour of Venice. For a complete experience, consider an optional gondola ride. Weโ€™ll be staying in the Mestre area.

This city is truly an open-air museum. Enjoy some additional free time to explore at your leisure.

Our first stop will be the San Giovanni in Venere Abbey, a beautiful 11th-century abbey built on the ruins of an ancient Roman temple. Next, weโ€™ll visit Termoli, a charming coastal city where the beach is framed by the walled old town, with its 13th-century castle and Romanesque cathedral as the main attractions. Youโ€™ll have time to enjoy lunch and take a leisurely walk. Weโ€™ll then continue to Trani, known as โ€œthe pearl of the Adriatic.โ€ This magnificent city embraces the sea and showcases its stunning pink Romanesque cathedral. Weโ€™ll arrive in Bari later in the day, where youโ€™ll have some free time to explore the lively port, stroll along the seafront, and wander through the old townโ€™s narrow alleys before heading to the hotel.

Next, weโ€™ll head to Matera, located in the Basilicata region, renowned for its ancient historic center and the Sassi di Materaโ€”a complex of ancient dwellings and buildings carved into the rock, dating back thousands of years. Not only is it a World Heritage Site, but also one of the oldest continuously inhabited human settlements in the world. Youโ€™ll have time to explore and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, weโ€™ll continue our journey through Basilicata and Campania, taking in the beautiful mountain landscapes. Weโ€™ll arrive in Naples by evening, where youโ€™ll have free time to explore.

      Weโ€™ll take a ferry to Capri, and after a 45-minute crossing, weโ€™ll arrive on this island, famous for its natural beauty and luxurious lifestyle. If youโ€™d like, you can take a boat to the Grotta Bianca or ride the cable car up to Capri town and visit the Gardens of Augustus for stunning panoramic views. Weโ€™ll then return to Naples, where youโ€™ll have time for a walk and lunch. In the afternoon, weโ€™ll visit Pompeii (admission and guided tour included), the once-thriving city that was buried under ash and rubble when Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD. Weโ€™ll continue to Rome, arriving at the end of the day.
