      International Airport (TIA). One of our team representatives will be at the airport to welcome you, and he will take you to your hotel. You will be given a short brief about the trip, and later in the evening, you will go for the trekking equipment purchasing. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

      Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing

      After breakfast, you will go to the UNESCO World Heritage sightseeing. You will visit Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. These sites hold dear places in the hearts of the people in the valley because of their origins which reflect the rich culture, religious significance, and lifestyle of the inhabitants. In the evening, you will re-check your trekking equipment. Overnight stay at a hotel in Kathmandu.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Fly From Kathmandu To Lukla, Trek To Phakding (2,610M)

      Day 3: Fly From Kathmandu To Lukla, Trek To Phakding (2,610M)

      You will take a short scenic flight to Lukla after having breakfast. The flight will be around 35 minutes long and present you wonderful views of hills and snow-capped mountains. Upon reaching Lukla, you will begin trekking towards Phakding. The trail is easy and goes through several villages to reach Phakding. After reaching Phakding, you can rest for the day. Overnight stay at a guest house at Phakding.

      You will begin trekking gradually through several villages and a beautiful pine forest. You will reach Jorsalle, and from here, you will trek to reach the trail along Dudh Koshi River. Further, climbing on the steep trail will take you to the Namche Bazaar. You will see gorgeous views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,414 m), and Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m) from here. Overnight stay at a guest house at Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Namche Bazaar โ€“ Khumjung Valley Excursion (3,790M)

      This is your acclimatization day in the Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar is the main village in the whole Himalayas and also one of the biggest residential areas in Khumbu region. You will ascend steeply about an hour to reach Syangboche. From here, you will get to see stunning views of Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,856 m), Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m), and many others. Further, you will descend towards Khumjung where you will see Sir Edmund Hillary School and hospital. Later, you will return back to Namche Bazaar. Overnight stay at a guest house at Namche Bazaar.

      You will descend passing through the several beautiful villages and pine forests to reach Phunki Tenga. You also pass many monasteries and Chortens to reach Phunki Tenga. Trekking along lush meadows and pasturelands, you will climb steeply towards Tengboche. After reaching Tengboche, you will visit the Tengboche Monastery, which is one of the main monasteries of this region. Overnight stay at a lodge at Tengboche.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Trek From Tengboche โ€“ Pheriche (4,270M)

      You will begin descending gradually through the steep and muddy section until you cross a suspension bridge. After that, you will ascend and go through the small villages and conifer, rhododendron, and birch forest to reach Pheriche. You also go through villages like Pangboche, Somare, and Orsho before crossing the Pheriche pass at 4271m to reach Pheriche. Overnight stay at a lodge at Pheriche.

      Todayโ€™s trek will initially lead you to Dughla on an easy trail. Passing past the tombstones of the brave souls who were not successful to scale the Everest, we head to a pass named Thokla pass. Situated at an altitude of 4830 meters, the pass offers gorgeous views of the peaks in the Everest region. Upon reaching Lobuche, you will rest for a bit and explore the area. Overnight stay at Lobuche. 

  • Day 9 Day 9: Trek From Lobuche โ€“ Gorakshep- Everest Base Camp (5,364M)

      You will wake up early and have breakfast and begin your trek. You will have several ascends and descends before you reach Gorakshep. Gorakshep is located below the summit of Mt. Pumori (7,165 m). After reaching Gorakshep, you will trek towards Everest Base Camp (5364 m). You will go along the Khumbu glacier from where you can see gorgeous blue ice and Khumbu Icefall. After spending some time on the EBC, you will return to Gorakshep. Overnight stay at Gorakshep.

  • Day 10 Day 10: Trek From Gorakshep โ€“ (Kalapatthar) - Dingboche (4,410M)

      You will wake up early in the morning and trek towards Kalapatthar. You will ascend to reach the peak of Kalapatthar (5,550 m). Upon reaching Kalapatthar, you will get to witness panoramic views of Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,414 m), Mt. Pumori (7,165 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m), and numerous others. Later, you will descend all the way down to Dingboche via Dusa village. Overnight stay at Dingboche.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Trek From Dingboche โ€“ Chhukung (4730M)

      Leaving Dingboche, you head along the trail running parallel to the Imja River. First, you walk along pasturelands where yaks and other cattle can be seen grazing. Then, an ascending trail will take you to Chhukung. Chhukung is also the entrance of the Island Peak Expedition. You can also go on the day trip to Glacier or to Imja Tse Valley. Overnight stay at Chhukung.


  • Day 12 Day 12: Trek From Chhukung โ€“ Island Peak Base Camp (4970M)

      Today, the trail will ascend steeply towards the south then turning east to the main line of the valley. You will trek along a streamside leading to the big rock. You will see the route to the Amphu Lapcha in the southeast. You will go through the zigzag route through the Imja and Lhotse glacier moraines that will take you to the wide valley in the South West side of Island peak. Overnight stay at Island Peak Base Camp.

  • Day 13 Day 13: Trek From Island Peak Base Camp- High Camp (5500M)

      You will ascend to the high camp. The trail is challenging and goes through the steep rocky path. You will get to see gorgeous views of Imja glacier and lake along the way. After trekking for three hours, you will reach High Camp. The trail can get slippery and also follows steep terrain at times. Overnight stay at High Camp.

  • Day 14 Day 14: Island Peak Summit (6189M) And Back To Chhukung

      You will wake up early today, and begin your trek towards Island Peak (6,189 m). The trail will not be so strenuous but go through several steep rocky sections. You will then trek along the ridgeline that will take you to the summit glacier. You will use the rope for further trekking to reach the summit of Island Peak (6,189 m). The view from the top of the peak is absolutely exhilarating and renders you speechless with the panoramic display of mountains in the Everest region. You will then return back to Chhukung. Overnight stay at Chhukung.

  • Day 15 Day 15: Trek From Chhukung โ€“ Tengboche

      You will descend through the dwarf junipers and beautiful Mani stones. The trail will go through several Mani walls and take you to the dense forest of rhododendrons. You will then cross Imja Khola and ascend to Pangboche. You will visit Pangboche Gompa, which is one of the oldest Gompas in the Khumbu Region. Overnight stay at Tengboche.

  • Day 16 Day 16: Trek From Tengboche โ€“ Namche (3440M)

      Today, you will trek back to the Namche Bazaar. The trail will include steep descend that will lead you to the Hillary Suspension Bridge. After crossing the bridge, you will trek easily to Namche Bazaar. You will meet porters and cattle carrying loads on the trail to Namche Bazaar. You can rest or opt to explore the area upon arrival. Overnight stay at Namche Bazaar.

  • Day 17 Day 17: Trek From Namche โ€“ Lukla (2840M)

      With the last view of the esteemed mountains, you will leave Namche Bazaar to trek back to Lukla. Trekking on the same route, you will reach Lukla. You can reflect upon the achievements of the journey as you head back to Lukla. Passing through Monjo and Bengkar villages, you reach Lukla. Overnight stay at Lukla.

  • Day 18 Day 18: Lukla โ€“ Kathmandu

      You will have the warm delicious breakfast before leaving Lukla. You will take a short scenic flight to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu, you will be taken to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for you to relax and explore the nearby area on your own.
