Three nights Standard twin sharing accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu; Breakfast included. Lodges, guesthouses, and tented accommodation during the trek (Mostly on twin sharing basis and occasionally dormitory room at the guesthouse and Tented camp stay at Lobuche Peak Base Camp and above).

Airfare from Kathmandu - Lukla - Kathmandu including airport departure tax in Kathmandu and Lukla airport.

Trekking permit (Sagarmatha national park entry fee). TIMS card (Trekking Information Management System). Climbing permit of Nepal government to Climb Lobuche Peak First aid medical kits for the group and the staff. Use of sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag, and walking poles (if you donโt have your own, to be returned after trip completed). Helicopter rescue insurance for high altitude staff. Our service charge and government taxes levied in Nepal. Sherpa Expedition and Trekking T-shirt Oxygen meter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) which will ensure your health during the trek

Tips for the guide, porter, and driver (tipping is expected) Please be advised that if you need to return early from the trek due to reasons such as sickness, unfavorable weather conditions, personal issues, itinerary modifications, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the following conditions apply: - Any payments made for flights, hotel accommodations, mountain room bookings, meals, and related expenses are nonrefundable. - You will be required to cover the costs of hotel stays, meals, and other expenses in Kathmandu independently. Additionally, please note that during the months of March to May and September to November, all flights will depart from Ramechhap. It will be necessary for you to make a 4-5 hour drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap in order to catch your flight. Kindly consider these terms and arrangements carefully before commencing your trek.
