The ruins are, in fact, very large in scale, and border with beautifully green fields. The first destination is capital cultural and religious of the Kingdom, we will do walking tour to capture the historical moments. You will be engulfed in the mystical ambiance of an old oriental medina filed with the streets that bend and are narrow. After a breakfast meal, we pack, and we head to Merzouga, which is approximately seven hours away, and you will get an opportunity to enjoy the sceneries for the time you are on a road trip. For the afternoon, we will come back to the village of Merzouga after having breakfast and proceed our trip to the Dades. First we will drive by Rissani, which is home to “The fossil factory”, and this is a good place to see the many fossils made by the region.

After about 3 hours on the road, we’ll stop for a beautiful photo near the lovely town of Tinghir, surrounded by lush palm trees. Then, we’ll head to the famous Todra Gorge, where we’ll take a leisurely walk along the cliffs and enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant. After that, we’ll continue our journey through the charming village of Dades, where we’ll spend the night.
Day 6 Dades – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
