Once at the entrance of El Pilar, we will start walking for 17 km in total, bordering the Blanco River where after an hour and crossing beautiful forests of Lengas and Ñires we Piedras Blancas viewpoint from where we will be able to see a frontal view of the glacier. Continuing along the trail we will reach the Poincenot area with a unique view of the glacier. There begins the ascent of about 300 meters that in 90 minutes allows us to discover the Laguna de los Tres and appreciate the central wall of the hill in all its magnitude. Then the descent will begin and about 20 minutes after leaving the Poincenot area behind we will arrive at Full Camp Fitz Roy to enjoy a snack, dinner and rest. The first hour of the morning is an unforgettable moment from where the proximity of the central wall of the hill reflecting the reddish color of the sun is usually an indelible memory. We enjoy breakfast and after that we prepare to continue our walk. We left the Full Camp advancing along the path of the Madre and Hija lagoons that in about two hours communicate with the path to Cerro Torre, to arrive an hour later at the foot of the Torre lagoon. Surely around noon, the view of the Grande Glacier, the Solo hill, the Torre, Eger and Stanhard needles are the right setting to enjoy our lunch.  From there, always accompanying the course of the Fitz Roy River, we descend until we arrive in about 3 hours at the town of El Chalten-  But if, after breakfast, someone prefers to stay and enjoy the area, they can do so without problems, and around noon return along the Capri lagoon trail and the Matzen ranch viewpoint, reaching El Chalten in approximately three hours.
