Itinerary

Day 1: Yerevan

Stop At: Yerevan, Yerevan
After arriving in Yerevan, guests will be met at the airport by a representative of the tour company with a company logo. After the meeting, guests will be accommodated in the hotel. Dinner is planned in one of the best restaurants of the city with national cuisine, which has a unique atmosphere in the spirit of a hospitable Armenian home. Then guests will get acquainted with one of the oldest capitals of the world, which is 29 years older than Rome.
We walk along one of the favourite places of guests and residents of the capital, along the Cascade, which has become the visiting card of the city over the past few years, thanks to a unique collection of works of modern art. Then we walk to the famous Opera House.
Immediately behind the Opera House, there is a view of the most modern Yerevan street, North Avenue, which is significantly distinguished by its liveliness and modernity. After a walk along the Northern Avenue, we go to the heart of our capital, to the Republic Square, which at first sight admires with singing fountains and unique architecture.

Day 2: Yerevan-Sevan-Dilijan-Yerevan

Stop At: Sevan, Sevan, Lake Sevan, Gegharkunik Province
After breakfast, we shall go to the blue-eyed lake Sevan, which is the second highest mountain lake in the world in terms of the reserve of fresh water. Here, on a small peninsula, the unique monastery complex Sevanavank, built of basalt, which is of great importance in the centuries-old Armenian history, is located. Exploration of the Complex will leave an indelible impression, ascetic churches have peaceful energy. Sweet fresh water makes Sevan fish unusually tasty

Stop At: Dilijan, Dilijan, Tavush Province
Then our way lies to the so-called “Armenian Switzerland”. Tavush region, where Dilijan city is located, strikingly differs from the rest of the territory of the Republic with its rich greenery, healing air and clean water.

Stop At: Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan Armenia
An important part of the trip is a visit to the Armenian medieval monastic complex of the XII-XIII centuries, which was a medieval university, where they studied languages, philosophy and medicine. Just 18 km from Dilijan city, in the wooded valley of the Ijevan mountain range a wonderful monastery, Haghartsin of the XI—XIII centuries, is situated.

Day 3: Yerevan-Garni-Geghard-Yerevan

Stop At: Charent's Arch, Garni Armenia
After breakfast, we shall go to Kotayk region, where you will have a photo- stop at the Charents Arch with a wonderful view of the Ararat valley and Mount Ararat
Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: The Monastery of Geghard, Near Goght Village, Geghard Armenia
then we shall go to the Geghard monastery complex (“the Monastery of Spear”) founded in the 4th century. The complex is famous for the fact that most of the monastery is skillfully carved right in the rock. Geghard is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Dinner in Garni village

Stop At: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery Road H3, Garni Armenia
After we shall visit the only pagan temple of the Sun-Garni (the 1st millennium BC) preserved in the territory of Armenia, located above the gorge of the Azat river.

Day 4: Yerevan-Khor Virap-Areni-Noravank-Tatev-Yerevan

Stop At: Khor Virap, Highway 11 - Near the village of Pokr Vedi Artashat, Lusarat 0612 Armenia
The first point of the excursion will be a visit to the monastery complex – Khor Virap, here you have an unforgettable view of biblical Mount Ararat.

Stop At: Noravank Monastery, NoravankMonastery Road Amaghu Valley, Areni 3604 Armenia
Then we shall go to the west of Armenia, the monastery complex Noravank. Noravank (‘’New Monastery” in the translation from Armenian) is a monastery complex, built in the XIII—XIV centuries. The complex is famous for the fact that on its territory there is a two-story Saint Astvatsatsin church, with narrow cantilever stairs. Dinner on the bank of the river Arpa.

Stop At: Tatev Monastery, Highway 45, Tatev 3218 Armenia
Then we shall visit the monastery complex Tatev. The monastery complex is one of the most popular tourist attractions of the country. Tatev is famous for its unique architecture, besides today the monastery is also famous for the longest cableway -“Wings of Tatev” in the world.

Stop At: Wings of Tatev, Tatev Gateway, Halidzor 3218 Armenia
Cableway between Halidzor and the Tatev monastery. The longest reversible aerial tramway built in only one section, and holds the record for Longest non-stop double track cable car.
