      Day 1: Arrival Denpasar โ€“ Ubud (50Km โ€“ 2 Hrs)

Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, the capital of Bali, the โ€˜Island of 1,000 templesโ€™. Meet with your guide to transfer to your hotel in the Ubud area and check in. Ubud is well-known as the art centre of Bali, geographically located in the heart of the island, and home of many famous artists, both native and foreign. Spreading its charm through art, especially paintings, a laid-back atmosphere can be found in every corner of this beautiful village. Towards the end of the afternoon, visit Petulu, a nearby village famed for being the home to white herons that nest along the road throughout the village. At the end of the day, the hordes of herons return back to their nests - watch these beautiful birds land in Petulu to the backdrop of sunset, creating an enticing afternoon atmosphere in the heart of Ubud. Overnight in Ubud.

      Day 2: Ubud โ€“ Gunung Kawi โ€“ Tirta Empul โ€“ Kintamani โ€“ Lava Tour โ€“ Ubud (75Km โ€“ 3 Hrs)

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, depart from your hotel to visit Gunung Kawi temple, located at Tampak Siring village, an archaeological complex carved out of living rock, dating back to the 11th century. The temple offers a beautiful view of lush green forests. You will find a footpath down (approx 315 stone steps) to reach the temple passing crossing through spectacular rice terraces. After, continue to Tirta Empul Temple, famous for its holy water where Balinese worshippers have been drawn to for more than 1,000 years. You will find a bathing pool of natural spring water with old Balinese designs. Next, ascend to Kintamani to get some spectacular views over Lake Batur and its volcano, Mount Batur. Although Mount Batur (1,412m) is not the highest volcano in Bali, it is the most active and is surrounded by an impressive caldera. Lunch is served as you enjoy this beautiful panorama. After, unlike other visitors, we descend to the black lava at the slope of the active volcano. On board a classic 4x4 Land Cruiser, begin the afternoonโ€™s adventure. A unique trail takes you across the lava eruptions from 1834 and 1964 with an amazing countryside view of the Batur caldera. Before heading back to your vehicle, visit a cave inside a lava flow. Return to your hotel in Ubud. Overnight in Ubud. Breakfast and lunch included.

      Day 3: Ubud โ€“ Jatiluwih โ€“ Bedugul โ€“ Alas Kedaton โ€“ Tanah Lot โ€“ Ubud (150Km โ€“ 6 Hrs)

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, drive to the west of Bali, exploring the Tabanan regency, known for its natural beauty. Before the crowds appear, arrive at Jatiluwih, a picturesque rice terrace. Due to the subak irrigation system, UNESCO has appointed this site as a World Heritage Site since 2012. After, head to Bedugul. Prior to arrival, make a stop at Candikuning, a colourful local market that offers fresh fruits and vegetables, spices and exotic flowers. Afterwards, enjoy a set menu lunch at a local private retreat villa which it is now open for public by the lake. At the end of your lunch, take a stroll along the lake shore and then board a traditional boat known as a jukung, for a short paddle to reach the Ulun Danu temple. Discover a different angle of this magnificent water temple from a distance as you see the temple standing proudly embracing the lake and its gentle surrounds. Next, return to yourvehicle for a visit to Alas Kedaton, a small forest inhabited by hundreds of monkeys. Locals believe that these monkeys are the guardian of the well-preserved small temple inside the forest. Continue with a visit the most famous sight of Bali โ€“ the sea temple of Tanah Lot, located on a barren volcanic rock in the ocean. The temple is sometimes pounded by huge waves creating a magical setting. At the end of the day, transfer back to your hotel in Ubud. Overnight in Ubud. Breakfast and lunch included.
