      Day 1

      3 Month course facilitating the development of the following skills: Practical development of beginner to intermediate surf skills. Ocean safety, ocean awareness, fitness training. Access to a variety of waves. Instruction to achieve catching, riding, and turning on unbroken waves. Increased surf theory, and exposure to more challenging waves. Increased ocean fitness, paddling power and confidence. Preparation to pass all requirements to become a Level 1 Instructor. Provide up to 40 hours of practical coaching experience

      Day 3: What Youโ€™Ll Be Doing:

      The first two months of the course will focus on improving your technical skills, ocean experience, ocean awareness, and fitness. Youโ€™ll be exposed to varying and challenging conditions and learn how to deal with them

      During the course we will prepare you to pass all qualifications including; advanced resuscitation, open water rescue, advanced first aid, and your run swim run requirements. Besides the qualifications weโ€™ll also show you how to be an effective attentive instructor, by providing up to 40 hours of practical experience.
