      Bem-vindo in Brazil! After landing at the international airport of Rio de Janeiro, you will be warmly welcomed. On the transfer to the hotel on Copacabana you can get a first impression of the former capital of Brazil, which is wonderfully embedded between numerous hills and bays. From a distance you can certainly take a look at the two landmarks of the city: the statue of Christ and the Sugar Loaf. The rest of the day can be used as free time.

After a delicious breakfast you will be picked up from the hotel and start the day on an exciting day. You will first be taken to the top of Mount Corcovado for breathtaking views of the city center. Corcovado is home to the famous statue of Christ that surrounds the city. It is 38 meters high and represents the faith and goodness of Carioca, the people of Rios.

      Today you can look forward to a trip to the famous Sugar Loaf and the old town of Rio. After breakfast you will be picked up by your guide and start another exciting day in Brazilโ€™s mega-metropolis. Two cable cars take you from the Urca district via the Morro de Urca to the Morro de Pรฃo de Aรงรบcar, the Sugar Loaf. This granite block, which is now a symbol of Rio, was called "pau-nh-acuga" by the natives, which means high, pointed mountain. This became "Pรฃo de Aรงรบcar" in Portuguese, meaning carrot. The 360 ยฐ panoramic view from the top of the Sugar Loaf at an altitude of 395 m above sea level is breathtaking. You can look out over the golden beaches, the green rainforest, and a thriving city.

      Breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, transfer to the airport with your guide to take the flight to Foz do Iguaรงu. Once arrived, a car will wait for you to take you to your Hotel. In the afternoon you will visit the Brazilian side of the falls.

      Be dazzled by one of the great wonders of the world, Iguazu Falls, home to more than 270 breathtaking waterfalls.

      After passing through the visitorsโ€™ center, continue your tour to the magnificent Iguazu Falls. Take a 1-kilometer walk and marvel at the surrounding beauty. This walk offers you an amazing panoramic view of the falls and an up-close view of the Devilโ€™s Throat Waterfall.

      Your tour ends at the top of Iguazu Falls, which can be accessed by stairs or the Panoramic Elevator. Then, follow the catwalk to the Porto Canoas Space, where you can see the Iguazu River. After the end of your tour, your van will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.

      Afterwards visit the bird park of Foz do Iguazu with more than 150 different species. In huge aviaries you have the opportunity to experience and observe macaws, parrots, toucans etc. up close. Aves Parque is an internationally recognized center for the recreation and protection of birds among the lush Atlantic rainforest.

      After breakfast we drive to the Argentine - Brazilian border, to the impressive waterfalls of Iguazu. Over 275 waterfalls plunge into the depths over an extension of 2.7 km. Together with our English-speaking guide, we take a small train to the best viewpoint of the waterfalls, the โ€œGarganta del Diabloโ€. 80 m, the thundering masses of water plunge into the depths directly at the edge in front of us. As the name suggests, this is the highest part of the Iguazu Falls: a gigantic water spectacle, the roar, the spray and the power of this natural spectacle will leave a lasting impression on us. Various viewpoints along the footbridges offer varied perspectives.

      After breakfast at the hotel in Foz do Iguaรงu, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to northern Manaus. There you will be picked up from the airport, brought to your hotel and have the remaining day at leisure. Here you can get a little glimpse into the "gateway to the Amazon" Manaus, which is also often referred to as the "Paris of the tropics". The old town consists of ancient buildings, which were built in the โ€œArt Noveauโ€ style at the beginning of the 20th century from parts that came by ship from Europe.

      After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Manaus and the journey will begin, by boat and bus, through nature to the lodge, which is accessible only by water. 

      During your trip you might encounter some pink dolphins on the way and you will stop to see the amazing Meeting of the Waters, the spot where the muddy waters of the Solimรตes River and the black waters of the Negro River run side by side, without mixing, to form the great Amazonas River.

      After a car and boat trip and a short stop where the Amazon rivers starts, it continues on four wheels, before you get back in another boat. Arrived at the lodge, lunch will be served. Immediately thereafter, itโ€™s time to explore by boat to experience flora and fauna in the middle of the Amazon.
