Oximeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker. Accommodation

Standard twin-sharing accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu (1 night only) and Pokhara (1 night only) including breakfast Guesthouse accommodation during the trek in mostly twin-share and occasionally dormitory-style rooms

Three meals a day (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) fresh fruit in the evening during the trekking.

  • Day 1 Day 1: Drive From Kathmandu To Chamje (1400M) 8-9 Hours.

      Today we will drive to Chamje and begin trekking from Dumre. We will pass through the Marsyangdi Valley on our way to Chamje. 


  • Day 2 Day 2: Trek To Dharapani (1943M) 5-6 Hours.

      We start our trek today by crossing over to the east bank of the river and enter the Manang District at the village of Tal. The trail from Tal crosses the Marsyangdi River and passes the village of Karte before arriving at Dharapani.

      Today we continue heading upriver passing several Gurung villages along the way. We first come to Thonje and then Bagarchhap. As we continue along the banks of the river we begin to ascend up the Manang Valley to Chame. Along the trail, we have some incredible views of Mt. Manaslu (8163m) and the mountains near Larkya La Pass.

      Today we head through pine and juniper forests and trek through Bratang Village before coming to the village of  Pisang.

      On the trail today you will see the enormous peak of Annapurna II in the south.

      This morning we set out on the trail to Ghyaru Village and along the way will have some truly amazing views of Annapurna II and other snow-capped peaks, as well as the glacier of Annapurna IV โ€“ that can be seen from Ghyaru. After stopping for lunch at Ghyaru we continue on to the village of Ngawal. You will realize that Ngawal village is close when you reach the Mani wall and the Tibetan prayer flags fluttering in the wind. At Ngawal we can see down to Humde Village and its small airport. We then descend to the villages of Bhakra and Braga before arriving at Manang. 


  • Day 6 Day 6: Acclimatization Day At Manang.

      It is recommended by experts to stay active during the time acclimatizing. We will take a short trek to Bhojo Gumba โ€“ a monastery or to Gangapurna Lake, or we can trek to Vraga Village where we can visit the Himalayan Rescue Association who can inform us about the condition of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). Another possibility is to trek up to the Chonkor Viewpoint (3800m.) and stroll around the village with its unique flat-roofed houses, and take in the magnificent scenery with the following mountains visible: Annapurna II, Annapurna III, Gangapurna to the south, Tilicho to the west - Chulu West and Chulu East to the north.

      Today we follow the trail to Tilicho Lake located to the west of Manang. We first have to cross the Khangsar Khola (river) before arriving at the typical Tibetan village of Khangsar and then finally Shree Kharka.

      Along the trail leading to Tilicho Base Camp, we pass a Gompa (monastery) and then cross a ridge before heading down into the gorge. On the other side of the gorge is Tilicho Base Camp.


  • Day 9 Day 9: Early In The Morning Hike Up To Tilicho Lake (4919M) And Back To Base Camp (4,150M) 5-6 Hours

      In the early morning when there is less wind we head to Base Camp. Later in the day the winds tend to increase.

      The trek from Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho Lake takes about 3-4 hours. Tilicho Lake is desolate and devoid of vegetation. It is said to be the highest lake on earth. We will then return to Tilicho Base Camp.


  • Day 10 Day 10: Trek To Yak Kharka (4000 M) 7-8 Hours.

      Today we rejoin with the Annapurna Circuit trail. On the trail we can see Annapurna, Tilicho peak, Gangapurna and other snow capped peaks. The only form of vegetation along the trail is juniper bushes. We will continue along this trail until we reach Yak Kharka.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Trek To Thorong Phedi/High Camp (4500Mr/47900M) 4-5 Hours.

      Today the trail climbs higher to Thorong Phedi (Phedi meaning โ€˜foot of the hillโ€™). We first have to cross a suspension bridge before coming to Ledar Village. Again we climb higher below the cliffs until we reach Thorong Phedi, the last village before Thorong La Pass. From this altitude we have some remarkable views of several high peaks: Mt. Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorong Peak and Mt. Khatungkang.


  • Day 12 Day 12: Trek To Muktinath (3800M) Via Thorong La Pass (5416M) 8-9 Hours.

      Today is a physically tough day as we head to higher altitudes. As we head off in the early hours we will be able to watch the sunrise over the mountains. It will take us about 3 to 4 hrs to reach Throng La Pass (5416 meter). From here the views are stunning. We then head downhill towards Mustang and to the Kaligandaki Valley. After a 7 to 8 hour trek we come to Muktinath.

  • Day 13 Day 13: Trek To Jomsom (2720M) 5-6 Hours.

      This morning we will visit the Muktinath temple and then descend to the Kaligandaki River valley. The trail is relatively easy-going for the next few hours until we arrive at Jomsom, the regional headquarters of the Mustang region.

      The road trip to Pokhara will provide us time to take in the views. On arrival at Pokhara we will drop you back at your hotel near Phewa Tal โ€“ โ€œLakesideโ€.


  • Day 15 Day 15: Drive Back To Kathmandu ( 1,350M) 6-7 Hours.

      This morning you will have time to wander around Pokhara. You can stroll along the lakeside - Phewa Tal, or relax in a cafรฉ and enjoy a drink.  On arrival back in Kathmandu, we will take you to your hotel in Thamel where you relax or explore Kathmandu.
