Hygieneprotocol
Itโs great to see that you are taking the safety of your guests and staff seriously by implementing various measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The steps you have outlined demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe environment during the tours. You take essential precautions by ensuring your guides are vaccinated, wearing masks, practicing good hygiene, and sanitizing frequently touched surfaces. Enforcing temperature checks, requiring guests to wear masks, and practicing social distancing are additional measures to help reduce transmission risk. Limiting the number of guests on the tours and providing clear communication about your refund policy for those who may not feel well are responsible steps to take. Monitoring and following the recommendations from health organizations such as the CDC, WHO, and local health authorities is crucial for staying updated on the evolving situation and implementing any necessary changes. Collecting guest information for contact tracing purposes shows an added level of precaution and responsibility. Overall, these measures indicate a proactive approach to ensuring your guestsโ and staffโs safety and well-being. By transparently communicating your plans and activities, you reassure your customers that their health and safety are a top priority.
