Vaccinated Tour Guides: All our tour guides are fully vaccinated to protect their safety and that of our guests. 2. Protective Measures for Guides: Our tour guides will wear masks throughout the tour and use gloves when sanitizing, taking temperatures, and providing hand sanitizer. They will also frequently check their temperatures and refrain from working if sick. They can return to work after receiving a negative COVID-19 test or being fever-free for 14 days. 3. Sanitization of Vehicles: Before each tour, our tour guides will thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all surfaces inside the vehicle to ensure a clean environment for our guests. 4. Temperature Checks: Our tour guides will use non-contact thermometers to check the temperature of each guest before entering the vehicle. Guests with a fever or traveling with others with a fever (temperature above 100.4ยบF/38.0ยบC) will not be allowed to join the tour. 5. Restricted Front Seat Access: The front seat of the vehicle will be off-limits to guests to maintain distance between guests and the tour guide. 6. Non-Compliance Measures: Guests who refuse to wear masks or abide by social distancing guidelines, thereby jeopardizing the health and safety of others, will be removed from the tour without a refund. 7. Minimal Contact: Our tour guides will be the only individuals handling the opening and closing of vehicle doors during the excursion to minimize contact. 8. Mask Requirements: Guests must wear masks for the tour, except in locations where masks are not required. Guests must provide their masks, and those without masks will not be allowed to take the tour. Children under five or with medical conditions are exempted from wearing masks, while children aged five and over must wear face coverings. 9. Social Distancing: Guests are expected to maintain a 6-foot distance from the tour guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, and other patrons. 10. Sanitization at Stops: Our tour guides will use sanitary wipes to disinfect commonly touched areas inside the vehicle at each stop. 11. Hand Sanitizer/Wipes: Our tour guides will provide hand sanitizer or wipes to each customer when they re-enter the vehicle. 12. Limited Group Size: To ensure social distancing, we limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 people. 13.       Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our dedicated airport representative from Peregrine Treks will warmly welcome you. Look for a Peregrine representative holding a signboard displaying the Peregrine Treks logo outside the airport terminal for easy identification. You will then be escorted to your designated hotel in a comfortable private tourist vehicle.


      After settling in and freshening up at the hotel, we will organize a pre-trek meeting. Depending on the circumstances, this meeting will take place either at our office or at the hotel. During this session, you will meet your experienced trekking guide who will accompany you throughout your journey. This is your opportunity to ask questions and clarify any concerns regarding your trek.


      During the meeting, we will provide you with a Peregrine Treks duffel bag and a trekking route map. To facilitate necessary paperwork, please bring your passport, three passport-size photos, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. This will enable us to assist you effectively and ensure your safety during the trek. Please settle any outstanding balances, if applicable, and sign the legally binding trip form and non-liability disclaimer.


      For your accommodation in Kathmandu, we have arranged Hotel Thamel Park or a similar comfortable hotel. Please note that meals are not included in this package, allowing you the flexibility to explore and enjoy the diverse culinary delights available in vibrant Kathmandu.

      The next day, we begin our adventure by taking a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a mountain airstrip at 2,800 meters. From Lukla, we commence our trek by heading northwards, following the picturesque valley of the Dudh Kosi, also known as the โ€™milk river.โ€™ As we go along the trail, we are treated to captivating views of the surrounding landscapes.

      Descending from a small plateau, we enter a lush forested valley. The trail continues to offer tantalizing glimpses of the magnificent scenery that awaits us. Eventually, we reach the charming settlement of Phakding, situated at an altitude of 2,652 meters. Here, we will spend our first night immersing ourselves in the tranquil atmosphere of the Himalayan foothills.

      Today marks the most extensive day of trekking during our three-day journey. After a nourishing breakfast at the tea house in Phakding, we will set off toward our destination of Namche Bazaar. The trail leads us alongside the banks of the Dudh Kosi, a majestic river that we will cross several times using thrilling suspension bridges adorned with prayer flags.


      As we make our way, we will enter the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park, a protected area known for its natural beauty and diverse wildlife. The trail gradually ascends, offering awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscapes. If weather permits, you can catch your first glimpse of the majestic Mount Everest during the uphill climb, which is an exhilarating experience.


      Our ascent continues as we push forward, and eventually, we will reach Namche Bazaar, also known as the Sherpa Capital. This vibrant town nestled in the mountains is a hub of Sherpa culture and a vital regional trading center. Here, you can explore the bustling streets, visit local shops, and immerse yourself in the unique Sherpa way of life.


      We will provide accommodations at a cozy guesthouse in Namche Bazaar for our overnight stay. You can rest and rejuvenate after a fulfilling day of trekking. Throughout the day, you will have a hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner to keep you energized and satisfied.

      During the first half of the day, your knowledgeable guide will lead you on a hike around the Bazaar, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture. Additionally, you will hike up to the Syangboche Airstrip, a fascinating location that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

      1. Pashupatinath (World Heritage Site):

      Your first stop is Pashupatinath Temple, an immensely significant Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated on the banks of the Bagmati River, this temple is renowned worldwide. While entrance into the temple is restricted to Hindus, you can still observe the temple and its activities from the eastern bank of the Bagmati River. The temple features a square two-tiered pagoda design and is widely admired for its architectural beauty.


      2. Boudhanath (World Heritage Site):
